The young lady barista who prepared my Crema Encantada created a caramel masterpiece.. the sweet condensed milk, caramel and cinnamon was very flavorful. At first taste the caramel wasn't stirred but that was a quick adjustment she handled. I drank this immediately. I savored the Emerald Elixir later. It met the goal. This too was prepared fresh.
