The SERVICE was absolutely amazing, many of the employees were super helpful, passionate, caring, happy, and actually wanting to have conversations with you! They remembered my name and greeted me with BUG SMILES!! Thank you so much to the staff in this establishment! Also, the esthetic/ambiance was super cozy, warm, light and felt like a great spot to eat, drink, have a conversation, date, and even watch the busy staff making pastries, serving and drinks. It consists of espresso frothed only with ice and it has such a creamy texture that you'd be hard pressed to believe that it is just espresso and ice. Another noteworthy point is that ambiance - such a gorgeous interior with cream and wood themes and greenery. Absolutely loved their decor. I believe this is the second location for the owner who was just absolutely lovely. We're here for the week and will be visiting again, if not daily!

It's clear it was intended more as a to-go location. They have two self-service kiosks inside, or you can order directly from the counter. And despite the popularity, I was able to get my food within about 10-15mins of ordering. Had a hot chocolate as well as a variety assortment of 10pcs of their donut holes (or Timbits as they call them), and they were great! Prices were very reasonable, especially given the favorable conversion rate between USD and CAD. Store itself was clean, and staff were efficient. Didn't engage much with them, so can't speak on the service.
