It consists of espresso frothed only with ice and it has such a creamy texture that you'd be hard pressed to believe that it is just espresso and ice. What I got was a thick slice of fresh bread toasted lightly with lavender butter and honey. Heavenly! The lavender was very subtle and nice proportion of butter and drizzled liquid honey that soaked into the crispy bread. I heard it was akin to Dunkin' Donuts and was recommended to try out this chain by my wife. The store itself is pretty small, with very limited indoor seats. It's clear it was intended more as a to-go location. They have two self-service kiosks inside, or you can order directly from the counter. And despite the popularity, I was able to get my food within about 10-15mins of ordering. Had a hot chocolate as well as a variety assortment of 10pcs of their donut holes (or Timbits as they call them), and they were great! Prices were very reasonable, especially given the favorable conversion rate between USD and CAD. Store itself was clean, and staff were efficient. Didn't engage much with them, so can't speak on the service.
