I brought many friends with me and we all LOVED the coffee and pastries. The SERVICE was absolutely amazing, many of the employees were super helpful, passionate, caring, happy, and actually wanting to have conversations with you! They remembered my name and greeted me with BUG SMILES!! Thank you so much to the staff in this establishment! Also, the esthetic/ambiance was super cozy, warm, light and felt like a great spot to eat, drink, have a conversation, date, and even watch the busy staff making pastries, serving and drinks. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.

We had the chocolate croissant (5/5) which was buttery and flaky with the rich decadent flavour of the chocolate. The chocolate cookie (5/5) was a delight. It was soft and perfect for those looking for a nice sweet treat. The nutella ice cream latte (5/5) was so good. It wasn't overly sweet which was enjoyable. The iced americano (3/5) was decent. It's more on the acidic side which I'm not a fan of but I still enjoyed sipping on it. The service was fast and both ladies that worked at the espresso bar and at the counter were friendly. Overall, such a great spot if you're in town for a cute cafe that will help you wind down and relax.

Our meal was quick to our table and served hot and fresh. Today's soup was tomato vegetable which was interesting, a new spin that I hadn't tried before. I paired it with a tuna fish sandwich which was fresh. Our group enjoyed a selection of dessert squares after which were also excellent. We were all thanked for coming in too which I think goes a long way.

I chose the 'Wedgwood' cake since I have always loved Wedgwood dishes, and it turned out to be a pretty cake that looked great with my cake topper. I am not usually a fan of store-bought cake in general and especially white cake, but I actually kind of liked the taste of Paula's white cake, and I also liked the lemon although the flavor was pretty subtle. I found the cake also lasted well, and was still fairly moist a few days later. One thing Paula suggested was getting the main cake and an extra slab cake as well to accommodate all our guests, although as it turns out we only used little more than one layer of the main cake so it would have been enough, and we were eating leftover cake for days and pawning it off to relatives - I believe she meant well with the advice, but I would suggest brides look at whether they are having a lot of other food as well before deciding how much cake to get. I also purchased some squares for later in the evening because making and cutting them myself that day would be too much hassle. Unfortunately I had to request they not include my favorite peanut butter squares, and I was disappointed to find out the replacement square was rice crispy squares. To me, that is a child's food and not classy wedding food, as well as being something simple that I could have made and pre-cut myself. Besides that disappointment, the other squares were tasty and wedding-appropriate. Overall I would suggest being careful about the quantity of cake you get and I would suggest checking in advance what peanut-free squares they will include, but otherwise I would recommend Paula's Pantry for your wedding cake and desserts based on taste, appearance, and price.

My BLT was so stingy with ingredients that all you could see was bun with some watery mayo leaking out when I opened it. A sad piece of lettuce. Two paper thin slices of tomato.maybe one piece of bacon? Couldn't tell. Got a watered down mocha with it. I'm officially done with this brand. You're probably better off ordering something from a hospital, school cafeteria or vending machine.

I had settled on the Egg, Sausage & Bacon Croissant Meal, which came with a beverage (I chose Hot Chocolate), along with a Hashbrown. I really did enjoy the Croissant however, I found that it was a bit soggy, which made it somewhat unappetizing. Overall though, the sandwich tasted delicious, with fresh ingredients, and hot (temperature-wise), which is just the way I like it. The Hashbrown was also delicious as it was crunchy and hot, making it wonderful when dipped in ketchup. Hot Chocolate at Tim Hortons is always top-notch, and this one was no different, I loved every sip of it! A wonderful meal for a great price, will definitely be back! ATMOSPHERE: This location was situated on a busy street in Collingwood, with many other restaurants in the vicinity. I loved how comfortable this location felt, with many booths available, along with wide walkways, making it easy to access anywhere in the restaurant. I also noticed that the restaurant was very clean, and inviting, with not too many people, which made me want to stay for a long period of time. SERVICE: We were served by an older woman, whom came up to us and greeted us kindly upon our arrival. She was organized, diligent, and patient, while we chose our order, and took our time to see which one would suit us best. We highly commend the wonderful service at this location! COST: 1 Egg, Sausage & Bacon Croissant Meal (Includes Drink & Hashbrown): Around $7.00 (Tax Included) WOULD YOU RETURN? Most definitely! I love how Tim Hortons gives me great food for little money, such a wonderful thing!
