Next, a whole lot of other people (Id say about 6). After what I think was nearly 10 minutes, definitely over 5, finally our friends! Only to find out that they had been completely forgotten about, and had to ask again for their order. Clearly no systems in place.... I have been to many Dairy Queen franchises before. We frequent the one near our home, they often get busy like this but they have a great order numbering system that works well when used properly... It was not here.
