In addition my son's strawberry refresher had no strawberries in it though specified! It seems someone just forgot or didn't care to read the notes. I like coming to this Starbucks location since they have easy parking compared to other Starbucks locations in the Bethesda area. Before covid, they had a decent amount of seating to get work done which was great. read more

This is my all time favorite Starbucks. Every time I come in here I am hit with the best customer service. Everyone behind the counter seem actually happy to be there EVEN when they have a huge line. They make the experience of getting coffee here enjoyable and something I look forward to whenever I'm by. AS IN if I'm nearby I am definitely getting a coffee here no matter the hour! These guys are good. They always remember my name and my order and don't make me feel weird when I want to switch things up from time to time. It's starbucks coffee so it's never anything amazing, but it gets the job done. The line moves quickly and the guys at the registers are always super friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking too so you don't have to stress about finding a spot or putting your blinkers on or anything. The store is always nice and clean and they employees are nice about letting you use the bathroom. All in all it's one of the only Starbucks I'll go to anymore. They treat their customers well and they make their drinks better than average! read more

As Starbucks go, this place is fine. When I go there, it is almost always crowded and loud, and for the general person it is not very social. It is clean enough for a high traffic location, but the rest rooms are a bit lacking. On the up side, the do make their drinks very well. The fact is that I only go here for two reasons. First, one of my doctors is nearby and I always drive there early in case traffic is bad. Second, I did a lot of dissertation writing here, so there is the sentimental side. In all, it is a good place to get coffee, but not necessarily to stay. read more

Best Starbucks in the area. Extremely friendly staff, consistently great coffee, and a warm atmosphere. I guess I frequent this place pretty often because as soon as I walk in the door, they already start making my drinks. I don't think I could ask for better service anywhere really. Even when new people start working there, they take the time to learn the drinks I order to provide the same great service as the other employees. Really above and beyond. Ever since they renovated, it can be kind of hard to find a seat, but luckily I'm not one of the people that sits there all days with my "gal pals." This Starbucks continues to be one of the most consistent. The staff there are absolutely lovely and truly try to take a couple minutes to know their customers. Their lines are also shorter to pick up food/drinks than the Starbucks right near my house. I've been going to this Starbucks from time to time for the last couple of years and have experienced the worst consistent customer service. I don't know what it is about this place but they always seem to have someone on the counter who is pissed off or has major attitude. I believe I had to call up customer service on two separate occasions to complain to the DM. I rarely call up customer service to complain but I just couldn't believe how rude they were. A good day here would be to experience just a lazy worker and a slightly messed up order. read more

This starbucks has friendly staff! I have come in a few times since it is right by where I work. I had to get a bunch of drinks to bring to members at my work once and they made sure I had everything I ordered before I left. I have also had a situation where I noticed my cup was full of ice (allowing for very little tea to actually be in the cup) and I went back in and kindly told them the issue and they fixed it right away saying that there was an issue with the ice measurement- they even gave me a larger size! They don't mind if you come in a few minutes before close, they are still super friendly and will help you out- I know a lot of places will give you attitude once they start cleaning, even though they are still open and you may want something super simple. This is my go to starbucks. You can also usually find a seat at this one, which can be a challenge at some other locations. read more
