I love this Starbucks location primarily because my best friends in high school worked there. They were pretty awesome so I just associate good memories, but it is also clean, and I never had any complaints for my drinks. read more

I'm on a road trip and stopped here. Mobile order was placed at 2:13. Got my drink at 2:40. My ice shaken espresso was basically just a cup of milk. Such a waste of my time. The service is so slow and the employees are moving with 0 urgency to get peoples orders done. I watched one guy get a venti frappe that didn't even come to the top 1/3 of the cup. On top of it being incredibly slow, the place was filled with boxes and disorganized. I get restocking has to happen but maybe don't block the bathrooms (which are dirty and toilet paper on the holding rail, not in the toilet paper holder). Save yourself the 5 min detour drive from I-64 and go to a different Starbucks. read more

Pick a different starbucks. Everytime I go it's a 30+ minute wait and I'm never satisfied with my drink. This time I asked to have them remake my frozen lemonade because they gave it to me in the drive thru already melted after I waited 30 minutes and they refused to remake it. Finally got her to blend it again with more ice so now I got a watered down frozen lemonade. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Terrible service. I try to give coffee shops a lot of grace when they're busy but I have never had a worse customer service experience then I did at this Starbucks. I went in this evening to get a tea and a pumpkin loaf. I did not ask for the pumpkin loaf to be heated, hoping it would save them some work. I got my drink decently quick, but it took 30+ minutes to get my food- and in that time I saw several of the customers that went after me get their food. I finally went up to the counter to ask a barista and was met with a response of "So, what do you want me to do about it?" and eventually, "I guess Ill just have to go find it then." I can understand being busy, but that doesn't not excuse being blatantly rude. No one in that Starbucks was having a good time tonight. read more

Hot coffee is great, but the Frapps are always watery, and the place is very dirty. The case with the pastries and baked goods is full of old crumbs, smudges, and icing and liquid that's hardened on the sides of the glass. Food is always stale. The counter looks like it's never been wiped off before. As far as Starbucks go, I've seen a lot better. read more

So you can say I like this Starbucks I come here when visiting and find the staff friendly and nice no matter how packed it is with teenagers I typically get a bold with an extra shot (or 2) Always quick, helpful and able to give service with a smile :) read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I tried to stop here on a road trip. I got in the drive-thru line, which was pretty long but looked do-able. I waited 45 minutes for coffee. No coffee is worth 45 minutes that I could have spent driving to my destination. I would have turned around and left but there was nowhere to turn around in line. Just go to another Starbucks further down on your trip. I'm absolutely appalled. read more

They always make my drink correctly; however, it might be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I usually order my drink 20 minutes ahead of time and am still waiting for it when I arrive. If I don't order ahead, I'm easily waiting 40 minutes for one drink. read more

Nothing super unique about this location; it's your standard Starbucks. The staff, however, help to truly set it apart from others. Indoors, the atmosphere is good and the people have always been very friendly. The drive-thru is the same story. Always friendly staff and the coffee comes out quickly. I'm more than a little addicted to caffeine, so I've been to a few Starbucks in my day. This one is always slow. I'm not sure if it's the workers or the type of coffee the people in front of me are getting, but I've waited inside and in the drive thru for much longer than necessary on multiple occasions. It is always crowded, there's rarely a seat inside so I take mine to-go. But, it's Starbucks so I can't complain too much because I would drink their coffee out of my shoe and eat their desserts... pretty much in any situation. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to in a while. I was with my parents on a road trip from Indiana. It gets 1 star because my drink was correct. However my dad's took 2 tries with no apologies and my moms took 3 tries with no apologies. She finally took the 3rd drink even though it was still horrible. We waited forever. I have some sympathy for when places are short-staffed...however, The 2 people working didn't seem to be taking anything about their job of serving customers seriously. People before and after us were waiting at the counter pretty obviously needing help because THEIR ORDERS WERE INCORRECT ALSO, and were basically ignored. So Slow. Four people's drinks were made and delivered before mine all of whom ordered after me. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. Let me start by saying I love Starbucks, and I'm not mad at the company, but this store has been going down hill for awhile. The past 5 or so times I've visited, it's been slow, my drink was made entirely wrong, and the staff was rude. My macchiato was made upside down, so it was a latte, and when I specified a "single shot", I was charged and received a quad. My most recent experience though? Utter rubbish! I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and after my first sip I discovered a blonde hair in my beverage, in my mouth. Stay away from this Starbucks! Don't waste your time! read more
