There are serious problems here. During our final visit, we had to wait for the barista to finish mopping the floor before they would make the ordered and paid-for drink. Minutes went by. No problem. We all appreciate a clean environment. Then, when the drink had finished blending, the barista decided it was more important to chat with the cashier. We requested that they postpone their private conversation and to just finish the order by pouring the drink from the blender and handing it over to us. The barista blew their gasket because they do not understand work, customer service, or have common decency toward the customer. Avoid this place at all cost.
