Turns out: wonderfully right. This diner is pure road-trip gold, the kind of place where time slows down just enough for the coffee to taste better. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting locals with hugs, warm questions about their families, and the kind of genuine familiarity that makes you wonder if you've accidentally walked into a reunion. And somehow, they made us feel like we were long-lost regulars too. It was all very wholesome and slightly magical.
