I grabbed a ginger shot from the counter, and only ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich, which just needs to be heated. However, I waited over 20 mins for a pre prepared sandwich. I visited this Starbucks today and was disappointed with the customer service. When I walked up to the counter, the employee didn't acknowledge me or ask if she could help me. Instead, she continued having a conversation with a coworker who appeared to be on break while I stood there waiting. I understand that employees may have conversations during slower moments, but customers should still be greeted and acknowledged in a timely and professional manner. A simple "I'll be with you in just a moment" would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the experience came across as rude and unprofessional. read more

Used to be a decent Starbucks. Has developed service and quality problems. I order drip dark roast when the product is available. Shockingly, drip coffee is regularly not offered or "sold out." When it is available, there is a long wait for order fulfillment. Today, it took 25 minutes to receive my order. That defeats the idea of getting coffee on the way to work. read more

I ordered a cold brew with whip cream on it but there was no whipped cream when it came out on the counter so i asked for whipped cream on it but the staff poured my coffee out in a sink to make a room for whipped cream in a cup which made my coffee half size and whipped cream half size in a cup. Being a past employee of Starbucks I can point out how people work and what their specific roles are. At this Starbucks I see a lot of individuals... I don't see a team. No one is having fun or really enjoying their work. However they do get the job done. But like most suburb Starbucks when they start to get busy, it can get messy and slow. I don't mind waiting when this happens just because I'd rather have my drink made to perfection rather than slopped together! I ordered my usual. I just moved into the area and this team at Starbucks is so great! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the manager is one of a kind! The line always moves fast and it smells amazing! Not only have I ordered delicious drinks from them but I am a teacher and needed gallon milk jugs to build an igloo in my kindergarten class. It was a funny request, but they were prompt to help me. Each day for over a week I went to collect milk jugs they kept for me.I could not be more grateful to all of them for helping my class out! Good things about this location - despite sharing a parking lot with other businesses there are spots reserved for just SBUX customers, that said in the busy times when the line stretches half way to the door these spots are usually full - despite being basically in the parking lot, there is a patio Why I'm not a super fan of this location: - there are larger locations not to far away - it's right on a corner so turning left out of the driveway especially if you want to go right at the intersection is not fun....add in a cup of hot coffee and it could be a mess - i feel the lines moves slowly here as used to being busy as they are - i guess this goes with my size comment, but there is limited ideal seating - from the parking lot to the inside it just feels cramped read more

Much better than the location down the road at the crazy Van Aken-Warrensville-Northfield-Chagrin-Intersection-o-Rama. Nice baristas, they always have the coolest tip jar themes. The only time you ever have a ridiculous wait here is when someone has a drink order for their entire office (curse you suburban office parks). Would be five stars but parking can get a little bit ridiculous at peak times. Not to mention the whole parking lot repaving this summer was a pain in the butt. read more

Visited this location on a work trip. When I was in line, I looked inside the pastry case and there was MOLD on the Egg Bites. Fuzzy white mold on the egg bites. Like it hadn't been cleaned/replaced in months. I had already ordered my food - the egg bites. I wasn't sure what to say as it was super busy and the baristas were NOT friendly. I ordered my drink and decided to call them when I got to my car (didn't bring my phone in so I couldn't take a pic). When I asked to speak to the manager, she said very gruffly 'i am the manager'. I then told her that there was mold on the display case, she tried to tell me that maybe my food had been overcooked, she obviously wasn't listening to what I was saying. I then told her that it was on the display case and that it should be taken care of right away. I heard her ask one of the baristas to check, then she just 'we saw that and it's been taken care of' again in a gruff voice, no 'thanks' or 'it won't happen again' nothing. In this day and age I could have done anything, posted to social media or call the inspector, but I didn't. Her attitude towards the whole thing was terrible. read more

Here's a thought- if you run out of a food item, take it out of the display case, which is basically your menu. The first 4 items I ordered were sold out. Think of the time that could be saved taking orders. The cashier had to check in the cooler for each item. I find it hard to believe Starbucks doesn't have an inventory system that will tell the cashier when an item is sold out. Seriously. Get it together. read more

DO NOT EAT anything from the case at this Starbucks. While waiting a long time in line to buy a pound of coffee, I was looking in the glass case that holds all of the food offerings. I noticed mold growing on the food in the case. After paying for my coffee, I asked to speak to someone about it. I wanted to be discreet when talking to the Starbucks staff. I informed them that they might want to clean out the case as there was mold growing on the food contained in the case. I was very surprised when the person I spoke to got very defensive, saying that they knew it was a problem and they do clean the cases. I replied that they might just want to remove the molded food so that customers standing in line would not have to see it. Again, the person shot back with a snippy "we do clean the cases, sir." They were so short staffed and you can see they're stressed but they were still very nice and funny. Why this is called a Starbucks is beyond me. This should be called a sadbucks because I didn't get a dime of what I paid for. At my local Starbucks near my house I pay 2.60 for 3 shots of espresso in a venti cup over ice but the bill came to 1.59 so I thought ok they will fix it. They never did and after waiting 5 minutes the Barista comes out and says what did you order again? Lady there's no one in here I said how did you not make my order by now. Finally she gets my my drink and after the first sip I can tell she put 2 shots of espresso. The music was so loud in the Sadbucks that I couldn't even hear my grandson nor could the Barista's hear me order. Just a sad experience that needs to be fixed immediately. read more

They can't make a decent Flat White to save their lives (super bitter, when it should not be), and this morning I ordered a skinny iced mocha, and got some watery nasty caramel concoction instead.
