(5/5 for customer service. Drink was a 3/5) I visited in early May 2026 because I was in the area for an appointment and I needed a place to work for the rest of the afternoon. FOOD -- I ordered the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich (without the cheese) which tasted delicious. The sandwich is small but I like that it is on a soft croissant. DRINKS (3/5 for Matcha) -- Lots to choose from, such as coffee and tea. For my drink, I got their new iced lavender cream matcha with 1.5 pumps of simple syrup. The drink was actually too sweet because the lavender foam is sweet so I couldn't finish it. Next time, I'll order it with less lavender cream foam and no syrups. I do like that Starbucks has changed their Matcha recipe so the matcha mix no longer has sugar in it. It is just plain matcha in the mix so the customer is left to customize the drink by determining how much sugar (syrup) goes in it. The matcha itself was fine as I've had better matcha elsewhere. WiFi took a little bit of time to connect to my laptop but it eventually did. The wifi did not connect to my phone though. This is a smaller Starbucks location so there are limited tables and chairs. I counted about 7 tables with chairs and there is a long row of bar type seating. SERVICE (5/5) -- Customer service was friendly and getting my order was quick. There was a mistake on my payment where an extra $10 was charged by accident as a tip - after I caught the mistake on my receipt, while I was getting ready to leave, one of the female employees, corrected the error and refunded my bank account. She even then provided my drink and breakfast sandwich as a complimentary item which was super nice. If I'm in the area again and need a tea or snack, I will probably stop by. I probably won't order the matcha drink again though but I will instead order a traditional tea. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 70/250 total reviews in 2026 - 911 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 4 May 2026 read more

Located as a stand alone shop in the busy Westgate shopping plaza (not inside Target) next to the AT&T store. Limited seating inside. Most grab and go or use the drive through. Parking can be tight. Restrooms could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. Got the short gingerbread latte & short pistachio latte. Both were okay... $5.15 for that tiny cup seemed expensive but that's Starbucks for ya. read more

This location is my go-to Starbucks drive thru. The staff are usually friendly and my order is always how I ask for it to be. The line also never takes too long. read more

The staff here is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy going in and talking with them. Ava is always a pleasure to talk to. They are always quick with the orders so you don't have to wait long. They make the drinks taste extra good along with the great appearance. read more

I watched 12 mobile orders get made and sit there while I stood there for over 15 min waiting for a drink I simply ordered at the front. Never will go back. read more

I don't get food much here as I feel most people don't. Service is just your average service maybe a bit on the higher end. Friendly place to go.Ambiance good. Pretty welcoming. I love getting the Mocha Cookie Crumble with a cake pop. I normally get a Tall (Small) because all of the cup sizes hold the exact same amount of fluid, so there is no point in wasting your money getting a Venti (Large). Pretty Pricey if you ask me, But it's whatever. read more

Bustling location, the drive thru line was very long so I ventured inside and was pleasantly impressed with almost no line and a very friendly staff. Great and speedy service with a smile. I will definitely make this my go to location. read more

For the last couple months this place has been horrible. I've stood by the mobile orders for 10+ minutes...watch EVERYONE else in the store be greeted or taken care of and no one even acknowledges me...I used to come in and the manager guy did the Mobil..he was great. Idk what happened. I spend a lot of money here weekly to be disregarded and late for work. read more

Really, this Starbucks is an optimal experience. The workers are friendly, the shop itself is clean and welcoming. Slightly noisy, I would not recommend for working, but to grab coffee, this is a great spot! The workers greet you and will have your coffee prepped and in your hands rather quickly! read more

Let me begin by saying this is my home Starbucks but honestly I have never had any issues with this location. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating, I typically drive through and while this location can be busy it always goes quickly and if you know in advance you can plan ahead by ordering via mobile order through the app. I love the app for payment and if you purchase often you will earn free food/beverages via their gold star point system. If you stay in they provide free refills on tea and coffee which is a plus if you have a need to hang out for a bit. Starbucks in general has amazing customer service and while I probably spend more money here than I should I love their black shaken iced tea and caramel lattes. read more

I'm really really disappointed with this Starbucks. I ordered Matcha Green tea Latte, which I ordered 3 different places and when i come to order from this place. They barely put the Green tea powder and it just taste like i pay for $5 on a cup of milk. I also order VENTI !!! There is no taste at all and it not a full at all !! The other picture from the other starbucks that I ALWAYS get MATCHA GREEN TEA. Ughhhhh ruinnnnned !!! I don't want to complains because Starbucks is my favorite place and I get coffee and other drinks from Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY but this just make me feel like i waste my money... read more

They shut down in person ordering which I get for Covid but then only allow about 20 square feet for people to stand for mobile orders and everyone is packed in creating an unsafe environment. I asked the manager if they could at least expand the standing area so we can be more distant and he rudely shut me down. Ridiculous. read more

So after being asked to "try our app" at a recent visit a few month back at another location I have become so happy to use it. No standing in lines, no digging for the wallet to pay, it is just awesome. I show up to this location (for the first time) and experienced what has to be described as a cascading set of failures. It all starts with the young man announcing my name and that my order is ready. A warm smile washes over my face as I set the computer down and head to the counter to grab my festive holiday caffeine. I walk up to the counter expecting my holiday red cup with my name printed on it, as I have done a dozen times before. This is where the first fail happens, no red cup, not cup at all?! I wait patiently as the young man finishes a frothy beverage (persuming to me mine), and hands it to Carla. Carla, who the heck is this princess that gains advanced privileges? Mind you they just called my name to get my drink - and I walked right up. Ok it's the holiday settle down it's only freaking coffee! LOL I wait, and wait, three workers took turns looking at me directly only to do NOTHING (Second major fail). I ask the young lady (standing directly in front of me) to assist, she ignores me. (Third Fail) I then, in a rather firm but not aggressive, voice directly call her name embroidered on her apron. Shaking her out of whatever la la land she was in. and ask for my drink. She complies and magically pulls out my red cup-o-frothy-joe. I ask if I need to wait, ask for my drink after being summoned to the counter - recalling I have never had to do that before (it has always been call my name, walk up, get drink, enjoy) . She says, no, but it helps. LOL Ok (Fail, not major, but still a fail - I think that is four) Here is where it really gets fun. The young man who called my name in the first place speaks loudly to get my attention (I just want to sit down and enjoy my drink at tis point) that they couldn't make what I ordered and just made something different. (Major Fail) Then he proceeded to blame the app (and therefore my use of it) for the issue, and offered NOTHING in consideration of this disconnect between execution and customer satisfaction. All in all, this was (I am hoping) and isolated incident. But clearly there is some training missing at this location when it comes to service. read more

When a Starbucks is closed on Saturday they should put a message on their drive thru speaker. Waited in a huge line just to realize the person at the ordering stand didn't realize they were closed. We were stuck and couldn't move. read more

Really disappointed with service at this location today - a change from our normal Avon OH store. First of all the wait was crazy - we were in line for 10-15 minutes before being seen. While we understand it's a busy location, there seems a huge bias in the rate that orders are taken and processed in the drive-thru vs in-store line. The number of staff in store was just not enough for the volume of custom. We then waited another 10 minutes for our hot drink and our frappe still had not been started... We ask and the start to make the drink then another 2-3 minutes. Eventually we get our drinks and we find out the teller got one size mixed (put my drink in as a grande, not venti as asked) and then completely messed up my wife's order (ordered a caramel frappe with no espresso but got a syrup creme with a tiny drizzle of caramel despite paying an extra 60c for the extra syrup). Raised with the barista who while did apologize and eventually offered to replace the drink but after 25 minutes in store we had no appetite to wait again... Next time we will definitely avoid this store and make sure we return to our home store in Avon! read more

This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the area. Anytime I end up going there's a problem. Ordered inside and waited for over 10 mins and apparently my drink was sitting there for awhile, but no one gave it to me. Finally my friend asked what was going on and they asked what I had and grabbed it off the drivethru counter and gave it to me. I saw it happen to someone else right before me too. Went there the night before and they gave me a free drink because I sat in the drivethru for so long without anyone taking my order. Also the cinnamon cloud macchiato is not good at all, not worth the wait or the money. read more

It's always a pleasant experience in the DT in the mornings when dealing with Molly! She always greets you by name and carries on conversation if your order is not ready yet! Omgsh this was the worst Starbucks visit I have ever had in my little life! The drive thru line was super long so I decided to go inside. Welp that line wasn't much better but even during some of the busiest times I haven't waited in line that long so I decided to wait. Sheesh I stood in line for 30 mins! I received my gingerbread latte with almond milk about 5, mins later... but wait, when the barista went to put my lid on, she totally fondled the part where my lips are to go with her hand. I mean like really palmed the whole thing! I was disgusted so I asked for her to grab me another lid without touching the mouth part and she obliged. I hopped in my vehic and as I'm driving I take a sip... Disgusting, It had a watered down burnt taste to it which made me very sad. Soooo If and when I need coffee again, I'll just stick to Sheetz or Speedway and save my little $4! read more

My drink is great but my experience was better. The young man who took my order at the drive through on the morning of 5/29 was so joyful it made my day! He also gave me some good advice on the beverages I was debating between. Thank you, kind sir! read more

The staff was delightful. Two awesome and witty girls who were very helpful. I forgot their names damnit, otherwise I would totally have mentioned them. They were blonde!? Does that help! I love this Starbucks location and is one of my favorites. There is usually never a line and are usually really fast at preparing drinks. I'm not sure why this location didn't get more stars. The employees here are very nice and friendly and have never had a problem with getting my order wrong like I saw in some previous reviews and I have visited this location probably at least twice a week for the past 3 years. read more

Drinks are made correctly, but they are not able too keep up with the amount of customers this location consistently has, so wait times terrible and traffic backs up all the time in and out of the store. Lines at drive thru are usually wrapped all the way around the building choking the parking for other businesses as well. read more

This location of Starbucks has very upbeat baristas and employees. However the past four days I've been there I have tried to order the pink drink and they have been out of the ingredients everytime. I understand that this happens but for how many days are they not going to restock their supply needed? It's frustrating. So instead I got the blackberry drink that is similar to the pink drink- 0/10 would not recommend it at all. read more

Honestly the worst Starbucks you could go to. Constantly mess up orders and service is extremely slow and just flat out awful.

Very efficient, friendly staff. They greet me by name. When I have waited long, I get a coupon for a freebie next time. They're not aloof or weird like the Rocky River Detroit Rd location. Good coffee and nice, efficient staff. Wish it were slightly bigger with more seating, but this is good. read more

This location had a chick barista who rocked! She killed my drink! I'll be back! :)

I'm very upset with this Starbucks. I frequent many different Starbucks on the West side & this location is always a disappointment. I continue coming to this location due to it's close proximity to where I work although I think today was the last straw for me. As I ordered today, I was told that they ran out of one of the items I wanted to order for my co-worker. Ok, fine.. no big deal I understand that happens so I begin to ask in a very kind manner, "is there anything else that you can reccomend that would be similar?" before I even finish this sentence I get cut off with a high pitch blank "No." At this point I'm thinking well ok?.. I have always known most Starbucks employees to be helpful so maybe she's having a bad day. So I just pick something for my co-worker. I ask her if I can add a few pumps of raspberry syrup to the item when I am immediately cut off once more, "Anything else?" Due to my previous experiences of affirmations upon requests I reiterate that I want the few pumps of raspberry since she failed to validate that she understood the order correctly. Then, to top everything off I get an extremely rude condescending reply, "I got that, anything else." I then begin to order my beverage and they are out of my item as well! I didn't even begin to order my last two items due to the experience I was having. Today I gave up on this Starbucks and their inconsistency upon making beverages in the past. Coming from a person who works with serving the public, I am aware of how crucial it is to take care of your customers and it is truly unfortunate they lost my faithful business. read more

Friendly staff but the service is beyond slow and they mess up orders. Don't bother getting in line at the drive thru unless you have 20 minutes to waste. They tell you one thing at the speaker and then by the time you get to the window they've run out of that item. read more

Great location! As with any location likes can get long but the staff are very nice!!! I just avoid lines by using the app!!!

Really digging the new Carmel Frap. I've had it a few times but this was the first time there was whipped cream/marshmallow in the bottom of the cup. And I thought it really made it so much better! Fast drive through line, really friendly window order taker. Will be back again before work sometime soon! read more

I just went to this location & my order was wrong. BUT, my drink was so good that I'm shook. My coffee horizons have been broadened. I hope the girl that rang in my order wrong doesn't get in any kind of trouble bc my drink is truly amazing. Thank you, new girl. read more

This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to. Molly is an exceptional employee and an asset to their store. Just drinking my coffee espresso Blended Frappuccino which looks more like a vanilla shake and taste like sweet iced milk unfortunately.. last week I got a green tea matcha Frappuccino and my stomach never grumbled so much in my entire life the rest of the evening!! just don't think this is a very good Starbucks in my experience for the price especially that we pay! read more

One star because at least they deserve credit for the Starbucks product itself. Consistently inefficient in managing flow. The fact that delays are so predictable leads one to conclude that perhaps some corporate flow/task management rules are not being implemented correctly. it should not take 15 min at drive thru to get a coffee.. read more
