(5/5 for customer service. Drink was a 3/5) I visited in early May 2026 because I was in the area for an appointment and I needed a place to work for the rest of the afternoon. FOOD -- I ordered the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich (without the cheese) which tasted delicious. The sandwich is small but I like that it is on a soft croissant. DRINKS (3/5 for Matcha) -- Lots to choose from, such as coffee and tea. For my drink, I got their new iced lavender cream matcha with 1.5 pumps of simple syrup. The drink was actually too sweet because the lavender foam is sweet so I couldn't finish it. Next time, I'll order it with less lavender cream foam and no syrups. I do like that Starbucks has changed their Matcha recipe so the matcha mix no longer has sugar in it. It is just plain matcha in the mix so the customer is left to customize the drink by determining how much sugar (syrup) goes in it. The matcha itself was fine as I've had better matcha elsewhere. WiFi took a little bit of time to connect to my laptop but it eventually did. The wifi did not connect to my phone though. This is a smaller Starbucks location so there are limited tables and chairs. I counted about 7 tables with chairs and there is a long row of bar type seating. SERVICE (5/5) -- Customer service was friendly and getting my order was quick. There was a mistake on my payment where an extra $10 was charged by accident as a tip - after I caught the mistake on my receipt, while I was getting ready to leave, one of the female employees, corrected the error and refunded my bank account. She even then provided my drink and breakfast sandwich as a complimentary item which was super nice. If I'm in the area again and need a tea or snack, I will probably stop by. Located as a stand alone shop in the busy Westgate shopping plaza (not inside Target) next to the AT&T store. Limited seating inside. Most grab and go or use the drive through. Parking can be tight. Restrooms could be cleaner. Staff was friendly. Got the short gingerbread latte & short pistachio latte. Both were okay... $5.15 for that tiny cup seemed expensive but that's Starbucks for ya. read more

I don't get food much here as I feel most people don't. Service is just your average service maybe a bit on the higher end. Friendly place to go.Ambiance good. Pretty welcoming. I love getting the Mocha Cookie Crumble with a cake pop. I normally get a Tall (Small) because all of the cup sizes hold the exact same amount of fluid, so there is no point in wasting your money getting a Venti (Large). Let me begin by saying this is my home Starbucks but honestly I have never had any issues with this location. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating, I typically drive through and while this location can be busy it always goes quickly and if you know in advance you can plan ahead by ordering via mobile order through the app. I love the app for payment and if you purchase often you will earn free food/beverages via their gold star point system. If you stay in they provide free refills on tea and coffee which is a plus if you have a need to hang out for a bit. Starbucks in general has amazing customer service and while I probably spend more money here than I should I love their black shaken iced tea and caramel lattes. read more

They barely put the Green tea powder and it just taste like i pay for $5 on a cup of milk. I also order VENTI !!! There is no taste at all and it not a full at all !! They shut down in person ordering which I get for Covid but then only allow about 20 square feet for people to stand for mobile orders and everyone is packed in creating an unsafe environment. So after being asked to "try our app" at a recent visit a few month back at another location I have become so happy to use it. No standing in lines, no digging for the wallet to pay, it is just awesome. I show up to this location (for the first time) and experienced what has to be described as a cascading set of failures. It all starts with the young man announcing my name and that my order is ready. A warm smile washes over my face as I set the computer down and head to the counter to grab my festive holiday caffeine. I walk up to the counter expecting my holiday red cup with my name printed on it, as I have done a dozen times before. This is where the first fail happens, no red cup, not cup at all?! I wait patiently as the young man finishes a frothy beverage (persuming to me mine), and hands it to Carla. Carla, who the heck is this princess that gains advanced privileges? Mind you they just called my name to get my drink - and I walked right up. Ok it's the holiday settle down it's only freaking coffee! LOL I wait, and wait, three workers took turns looking at me directly only to do NOTHING (Second major fail). I ask the young lady (standing directly in front of me) to assist, she ignores me. (Third Fail) I then, in a rather firm but not aggressive, voice directly call her name embroidered on her apron. Shaking her out of whatever la la land she was in. and ask for my drink. She complies and magically pulls out my red cup-o-frothy-joe. I ask if I need to wait, ask for my drink after being summoned to the counter - recalling I have never had to do that before (it has always been call my name, walk up, get drink, enjoy) . She says, no, but it helps. LOL Ok (Fail, not major, but still a fail - I think that is four) Here is where it really gets fun. The young man who called my name in the first place speaks loudly to get my attention (I just want to sit down and enjoy my drink at tis point) that they couldn't make what I ordered and just made something different. (Major Fail) Then he proceeded to blame the app (and therefore my use of it) for the issue, and offered NOTHING in consideration of this disconnect between execution and customer satisfaction. All in all, this was (I am hoping) and isolated incident. But clearly there is some training missing at this location when it comes to service. read more

This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the area. Anytime I end up going there's a problem. Ordered inside and waited for over 10 mins and apparently my drink was sitting there for awhile, but no one gave it to me. Finally my friend asked what was going on and they asked what I had and grabbed it off the drivethru counter and gave it to me. I saw it happen to someone else right before me too. Went there the night before and they gave me a free drink because I sat in the drivethru for so long without anyone taking my order. Really disappointed with service at this location today - a change from our normal Avon OH store. First of all the wait was crazy - we were in line for 10-15 minutes before being seen. While we understand it's a busy location, there seems a huge bias in the rate that orders are taken and processed in the drive-thru vs in-store line. The number of staff in store was just not enough for the volume of custom. We then waited another 10 minutes for our hot drink and our frappe still had not been started... We ask and the start to make the drink then another 2-3 minutes. Eventually we get our drinks and we find out the teller got one size mixed (put my drink in as a grande, not venti as asked) and then completely messed up my wife's order (ordered a caramel frappe with no espresso but got a syrup creme with a tiny drizzle of caramel despite paying an extra 60c for the extra syrup). Raised with the barista who while did apologize and eventually offered to replace the drink but after 25 minutes in store we had no appetite to wait again... Next time we will definitely avoid this store and make sure we return to our home store in Avon! read more

Omgsh this was the worst Starbucks visit I have ever had in my little life! The drive thru line was super long so I decided to go inside. Welp that line wasn't much better but even during some of the busiest times I haven't waited in line that long so I decided to wait. Sheesh I stood in line for 30 mins! I received my gingerbread latte with almond milk about 5, mins later... but wait, when the barista went to put my lid on, she totally fondled the part where my lips are to go with her hand. I mean like really palmed the whole thing! I was disgusted so I asked for her to grab me another lid without touching the mouth part and she obliged. I hopped in my vehic and as I'm driving I take a sip... Disgusting, It had a watered down burnt taste to it which made me very sad. I love this Starbucks location and is one of my favorites. There is usually never a line and are usually really fast at preparing drinks. I'm not sure why this location didn't get more stars. The employees here are very nice and friendly and have never had a problem with getting my order wrong like I saw in some previous reviews and I have visited this location probably at least twice a week for the past 3 years. read more

I understand that this happens but for how many days are they not going to restock their supply needed? It's frustrating. Drinks are made correctly, but they are not able too keep up with the amount of customers this location consistently has, so wait times terrible and traffic backs up all the time in and out of the store. Lines at drive thru are usually wrapped all the way around the building choking the parking for other businesses as well. read more

I'm very upset with this Starbucks. I frequent many different Starbucks on the West side & this location is always a disappointment. I continue coming to this location due to it's close proximity to where I work although I think today was the last straw for me. As I ordered today, I was told that they ran out of one of the items I wanted to order for my co-worker. Ok, fine.. no big deal I understand that happens so I begin to ask in a very kind manner, "is there anything else that you can reccomend that would be similar?" before I even finish this sentence I get cut off with a high pitch blank "No." At this point I'm thinking well ok?.. I have always known most Starbucks employees to be helpful so maybe she's having a bad day. So I just pick something for my co-worker. I ask her if I can add a few pumps of raspberry syrup to the item when I am immediately cut off once more, "Anything else?" Due to my previous experiences of affirmations upon requests I reiterate that I want the few pumps of raspberry since she failed to validate that she understood the order correctly. Then, to top everything off I get an extremely rude condescending reply, "I got that, anything else." I then begin to order my beverage and they are out of my item as well! I didn't even begin to order my last two items due to the experience I was having. Today I gave up on this Starbucks and their inconsistency upon making beverages in the past. Really digging the new Carmel Frap. I've had it a few times but this was the first time there was whipped cream/marshmallow in the bottom of the cup. And I thought it really made it so much better! This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to. Molly is an exceptional employee and an asset to their store. The other employees are great too however she seems to go above and beyond and can remember customers and their orders with ease. Always fast and positive experience. I have frequented many Starbucks on the west side over the last 12 years. I have to say this is my least favorite location. Staff is not anywhere near as friendly as most locations and they don't really seem to care about what they are out of and/or how long you have to wait for your drink. I always go inside because the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. The inside staff usually seems annoyed and bothered by the patrons that come inside. I've been to this location 2 times in the last month and both times I have requested a drink with the salt topping. Both times they have been out of the salt. Today one of the baristas told me they would be out of the salt until next year. But yet there's a BIG sign advertising Salted hot chocolates as a signature drink right now. Needless to say I've been to at least 4 different area Starbucks in the same time frame and everyone except Westgate has the salt. The Starbucks in target at westgate showed me that they still have like 12 bottles of the salt left. I just think that if the employees of this Starbucks cared even a little more they would be friendlier and make an effort to have the products that they are currently featuring!! read more
