This location clearly doesn't have their stuff together. I did a mobile order and watched everyone come and go for 15 minutes before they even accepted my order. I stood and the counter and watched them play on their phones and the one at the register pick his nose. No one even acknowledged me. This is not the Starbucks way. I won't go here again. Drink didn't even taste right. How can you mess up a cold brew with cold foam. read more

This location always delivers! The customer service if 20/10 stars. Don't let the drive through line scare you the hustle and the line loves fast. Once at the window the young lady greeted me and made sure I didn't need anything additional. She was all smiles! She made my day! I visited 12/20 around noon. I hate I didn't get her name. My order was correct and tasty. read more

Stopped in to try one of the holiday drinks. I selected the Creme Brûlè latte and it was so delicious. I also order a pack of Madeline cookies that were the perfect addition to my beverage. Longest time I've spent in a drive through in a while. Drink was fine but it took like 30 min

I never ever have a problem with Starbucks, i typically go 6/7 days a week. Just went here, awful customer service. The guy who took our order sounded miserable . Then we receive our food. Awful. Straight milk no matcha. Very disappointed as a matcha girly. Do better!!! For how much money, we deserve better guys. read more

I'm not a Starbucks fan, but I had a gift card, so I decided to experience the drive-thru line. I know that Starbucks are located on small parcels with tight parking lots, and that was evident here. The line of cars went through a general store lot. Cars driving through had to wait for an opening between two cars in the line to squeeze through. To use the parking spaces where the line turned were impossible to use. The pay and pick-up window was at the far corner of the building. From start to finish I was in line for 31 minutes for a $5.35 iced coffee, and I've had better and cheaper. That wait was frustrating. I don't understand the attraction of this coffee brand. I won't use the drive-thru again. I'll walk in another store to try the pastries. read more

Excruciatingly slow drive through where you are trapped and subjected to being mad at yourself for deciding you wanted a sbux at 3pm Saturday and mad at the staff for being so slow it's like it's on purpose. I am sure the coffee will be standard sbux but the snails-oace drive through should be avoided at all costs. 10 minutes in line so far and I have moved two-three car lengths. Do NOT drive through here. Update: 21 min wait, no cream in coffee as ordered, went to McDonald's for cream. Go here and you will end up wanting to campaign for the closure of this sbux. The absolute height of awful. read more

I went to this Starbucks in Woodmere to buy packaged coffee. The barista told me that "stars" are only earned on beverages and not anything else. I asked if this was something new. She said no. I purchased packaged coffee since I was already there. I noticed that I did earn stars. I asked to speak to the manager. She identified herself as manager(Taylor). When I told her I received stars , she was rude and said that I shouldn't have received stars. I called customer service to inquire if policy had ch read more

The absolute worst Starbucks, and that is saying something as we have traveled to the other side of the planet and gotten Starbucks there, too. Incompetent employees who--regardless of what is ordered and paid for--will make whatever they feel like making, customer be damned. I ordered 3 trenta refreshers in the drive through and they provided 2 trentas, 1 venti and one was made completely wrong...yet we were still charged full price. Order whatever you want here and they will happily read it back to you and whomever makes it will just do whatever they want. Good luck if you try this location and have the ridiculous idea that you should get what you order and pay for... Please refer to the picture...also, the smaller one on the right tastes like someone deviated pretty badly from the correct recipe. Overall, it was a pretty disgusting, undrinkable conglomeration of whatever and thus relegated to the trash. I love Starbucks but this locations is beyond terrible. Since they are close to home, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but aside from getting out of the car and making it correctly myself (yes, I do know how to make drinks at Starbucks), there is little else to be said for this location. read more

It's a miracle if the staff ever gets an order correct. Absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been.

The 1 star is because I still drink it occasionally however this location is the reason I went and got a Breville. To keep this review short I would say everything about this Starbucks location is lacking. Due to home relocation, this has become my local Starbucks but it's lacking from my last local Starbucks. The customer service inside is terrible, when I ask for something, it would be nice for it to be placed in my hand rather than thrown on the table (maybe that's just me). The ambiance is so-so, it always smells like wet dog and not coffee beans and it's clean but not Starbucks clean. The drinks always feel like it's missing something or have too much of something. You get 2 sips out of your frappe and bam, the rest is ice or too much milk in the latte. One pet peeve I have is they don't put sleeves on the hot cups, it grinds my gears lol Going through the drive-through is usually pretty quick but again the drinks are made to be so-so at this location. Another thing about the drive-through is once you're in it, YOU can't GET OUT, you're forced to commit! To wrap it up, everything is just lacking, seems like management can use some more training so that they can step it up. I understand times are hard and everybody who comes into Starbucks is not an angel however a job must be done. I would rather wait 25 minutes for my drink when the customer service is on point and the drink is on the point than wait 15 minutes for mid-customer service and a mid-drink. Again, I love Starbucks, it is just this location. read more

I decided to try this Starbucks again after hearing they have improved order times. I ordered an ice coffee. The store was relatively empty and it took 11 minutes to get my order. Not impressed. I don't do this often, but I am back to say...this Starbucks location must have gotten the message because it's an entirely new experience there. I decided to get coffee with my grandma at 11:30 on a beautiful Saturday morning. Of course the store was packed! Despite that, the people working were cool. We came around 3:00 in the afternoon while the store was not busy. We ordered a cold brew and we watched the girl who took our order refill all of the ice and sit on her phone while we waited 15 minutes for our drink. Leaving a 1 star review not because the service isn't good, not because the ambiance is off, not because I've had any bad experience at all.. outside of the fact that the HOURS... are SO INCONSISTENT. I never know when they're actually going to be open or closed. This is the most unreliable coffee shop ever. The smaller businesses are more consistent. It's happened more than 5 times where I pull in at typical "Starbucks hours" and they are closed, but the other locations are all open for business. This location is much larger than the other options, yet never open anymore. How do you stay open for business being this inconsistent? What is the deal? This is no longer my first choice, it's the last when it comes to a casual cup of coffee. read more

Yesterday, Saturday at 2:30pm I waited 49 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window. Once you are in the line, there is no escape. I was absolutely trapped and have never been so angry trying to get a cup of coffee. My companion and I ordered a simple frappuccino and a cup of coffee. When the car ahead of us reached the window, she paid then still waited over 6 minutes, all the while trying to get the workers attention to no avail. When I reached the window, they hadn't even begun to make my order. Ended up just driving away. I might have sympathy if they are short staffed, but it sounds like that is a chronic issue. Still, it's no excuse for not prioritizing a drive thru line over customers inside, especially when the drive thru customers don't have the choice to leave. read more

lady in drive thru rude af. made it seem like it'd be 10 min for two drinks and it took 3 so fix whoever's working the window

Used to be ok. Now the service in the morning is awful because Starbucks has decided they don't need to put enough staff in the morning. Average drive through time is 15 minutes because there is only 1 person working. I feel bad for staff but this long a wait for early morning work goers is ridiculous. Shame on Starbucks!!! Staff otherwise is polite and gets orders correct. read more

Holy cow the drive thru is SO SLOW and once you're in line there is no where to drive out so you're stuck. Every time I go here it takes literally 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. Food and drink are usual. I've never been inside so I can't comment on that. read more

It's the Fourth of July 2021. I haven't been to a Starbucks in over a year due to quarantining. Apparently I didn't miss a thing the service is absolutely terrible and I'm shocked that this company is still in business. I bought a small coffee tipped $1.00 cash. I quickly realized there is NO creamer or stirrers (is this a post Covid thing? I dont know. As I mentioned I haven't been to a Starbucks in a year because of Covid). So because none of these workers all 10 of them even look up or just to smile or say hello or to see if somebody needs anything I had to go back into the long line and stand there again so I could ask for Cremer the girl comes over and dumped creamer into my coffee to the point where it's to the tippy top. When I tried to walk back to my chair the coffee spilled all over the place. I tried to get someone's attention and again because no one looks up to say hello or to smile or to see if anyone needs anything I had to go stand in line again when I got there I asked for a napkin and the girl told me they are out of napkins then walked away. I said to her I spilled my coffee! So she went to the employees sink and pulled out for paper towels from their paper towel dispenser and gave it to me. I'm so freaking pissed off I will never come here again read more

super rude and condescending staff today. i only come to thus location because it's closest to my work, but not only do you have to wait in a line of 3 cars for 20-30 minutes because they are so slow but for the first time ever at any location i was given a grande iced drink that was not at all filled. i said oh um can they fill it? i was told they aren't allowed to and that it's like that because i get light ice..i get light ice every single day and never had this issue. this is literally coffee and milk not alcohol. i'm not paying for a drink that isn't filled so i asked for a refund and left. i went down the street and ordered the same drink with 0 issue. i called and asked for the manager to explain what happened to try to get some clarification and she told me that it's a new policy that they aren't allowed to fill the drink and if they do they have to charge. i explained i don't have this issue anywhere else, and she was very passive aggressive and said it's a new policy. i said how new? cause i got this drink yesterday and it was full. she said recently. i knew they were gaslighting me and lying so i called starbucks customer service. the man from customer service read me the full policy which reads that no matter if the customer gets light ice or no ice the drink must be filled without additional charge. he told me he is going to be following up with the district manager about this story and any time this happens again to call customer service again and they will read them the policy, so that's exactly what i'm going to do if i ever return out of convenience since they want to blatantly lie. this location used to he good but now it's an absolute joke. case number #cs13941765 for reference :) read more

I've been in this store early morning 3 times in the last month and it's so dirty. Floor and tables so dirty and it's only 8am. Piles of boxes/ new stock / food supplies everywhere. I'm surprised they even consider opening before cleaning properly. Perhaps given they have so much drive thru custom it's not their first priority - but it should be. This is not a comment on their staff - always friendly and helpful- but there's clearly not enough of them to open the store properly. Not a place anyone would want to stay for coffee ! read more

As good as it gets. Good location close to Whole Foods and lots of shops, car washes and banks. I have always done drive through at this location especially now due to covid. They are really friendly in greeting me and taking my order when I pull up- that's a plus. This location can get busy; so in anticipation of that if I know I want to get coffee say on my way to run errands I will make sure I give myself 20 minutes extra to obtain coffee. That way neither myself nor the barista is rushed. If there is a line I am still fine and if there is not a line I get that extra time to enjoy those favorable sips of coffee. I am a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, having tried ALL Starbucks franchised drinks and food. I have tried all kinds of coffee and all kinds of coffee shops. From California to Ohio. Starbucks is usually consistent as their menu is typically standard in their franchises. I do have a usual go to that I order and love that pretty much every drink is customizable. I love the time, effort and passion put into the drinks. I don't want it if it's just whipped up in a few seconds, made sloppily and thrown into a cup. I appreciate you for being open as their are other businesses that are not open at all. I love coffee so I will continue to support. Pros Drive through or Walk in ordering available Full menu available (at least usually when I go in the AM or mid afternoon) Knowledgable and curteous staff Contactless payment with Starbucks reward app or APPLE/GOOGLE pay on your mobile device. Cons Watch for incoming traffic upon entering and exiting the drive through. read more

Ordered 2 coffees. They only severed me 1. Okay, people mess up. I told the worker, and she told me another worker was making it right now. The worker didn't make it. Waited about 20 more minutes before telling them them they still haven't made it. I was nice about it too because they were busy, but like come on... Don't say you're making it when you're not. In my opinion, Starbucks is a good chain, and when a chain is strong, it should be hard to go south, right? Ooomph. This Starbucks needs help. It. Is. So. Loud. In. Here. And not just regular-coffee-shop ambient loud, but LOUD. The physical design of this place has really high ceilings and tons of huge windows. The sound travels oddly and is largely amplified. Simple work on a machine behind the counter sounds like a trainwreck and hurts your ears. Its also way, way too bright in here to be working around late afternoon/sunset. While the bottom tier windows have shades, the rest of the 3/4 floor to ceiling windows do not. Its hard to see your laptop due to the brightness/general hotness. When I was ordering my drink, I asked the guy what was in one one of the drinks on the seasonal cheer menu. He didn't know and was mumbling so low, I had to ask him to repeat/speak-up three times. When he was knowledgeable about another drink, we had the most awkward exchange-- the mumbling was so poor, I was like, "S...yrup? S...oda? S...pice...OH! SHOTS!" Cue awkward turtles. I just wanna know what I'm drinking, man. The chairs are really uncomfortable. I wish someone in design would remember that people come to coffee shops to work. Having a decent ergonomic chair really matters. Please, Starbucks HQ, I beg you to fix this location. Its too new to be this big of a trainwreck. read more

Look, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I truly think giving this location two stars is generous but it all tasted good. Just getting the right thing always seems to be a problem. I've gone here multiple times and there always seems to be a mess up with my order but this mornings visit was the last straw. I did the drive through and had to say my order three times for the lady to finally write down what I was saying but that still didn't help. I cannot have dairy because of an intolerance so I ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese and then a drink with soy milk instead of regular milk because my stomach turns bad with dairy. I received my sandwich and instead of a sausage egg sandwich without cheese, she gave me egg and cheese instead. As she was fixing that I looked at my drink and they made it a skinny instead of soy. When I called her back over I explained how I truly can't have difficult and I apologize about being difficult I just can't drink it. She just looked at me and fake apologized and then took my drink back. Not only did I wait in line for 22 minutes, I then had to wait in line for 11 extra minutes for them to fix my order. I've never been so disappointed or frustrated. What a waste of $10. I will no longer be going to this location and I hope they can get their act in order because it is a great location the can roll in a ton of business, but like I said, this isn't the first time this has happened here. read more
