Just spent 1/2 hour in drive through. I called inside and they said they had a rush of walk-ins and to be patient. Seems like they put everyone in the drive thru on hold to take care of inside customers. Didn't move even one car space in over 10 min. Definitely not good customer service. We really could use a new coffee place that cares about their customers. read more

Im used to starbucks employees and at least the owner smiling while working, everyone looks like someone spat in their cheerios which affected the overall feel of the place. Saw a church flyer hanging up as well not sure if hanging religious objects or ads is allowed but whatever. Above all else I witnessed a employee diliberately ignoring a customer asking for attention and thats when I called it quits. read more

This Starbucks could definitely work on their customer service. Nobody was smiling and looked like they all hated their job. We waited about 5 mins before anyone greeted us or helped us mind you that their was no one in line or in the lobby. I could literally reach over and touched the person that was sweeping because she had her head down the whole time and didn't greet us. The only person that was smiling and greeting people was the girl Ariana on drive thru. Katie and Brittany could definitely work on their customer service and learn to smile. read more

I have been to this location many times and I've never experienced worse service like today. I waited there for almost 45 minutes plus just for a Tall caramel Frappuccino. I asked the barista multiple times if my drink was ready and every time she said it's probably in line. So I Asked for a refund and decided to leave . I am never going back to this location again. read more

This Starbucks is the absolute WORST Starbucks that I have ever been to? What type of store or coffee house greets you at the door w/, "We are closing in 2 minutes!"... Ummm, a Welcome to Starbucks would have been nice! Closing in 2 minutes & it was only 8:30 pm... I burnt my tongue on my coffee as I tried to chug it before we were forced out... Probably one of the worst Starbucks. Their drinks are so bland, not sweet or how it's suppose to taste like. If I wanted to drink hot milk I could have done that myself at home. I prefer the one in Merced on Olive. read more

I like this location cause it is close to my house and they usually get my order right even though they don't ever type it on their screen. But today I was there at 2pm and in the drive thru was asked what they could start for me, I gave my order, silence, then another girl tells me to wait, I wait and then she asks me my order so I give it again, but she didn't repeat it exactly and then tells me a lower price of $5.05 than what I usually pay $5.95. I get to the window and the girl has a drink in her hand that does not look like my usual drink and when she says $5.05 I said is that correct because I usually pay $5.95 for a Venti iced hazelnut latte with extra shot and then she says yes, then she say oh wait I didn't... and says it is $5.95, then after giving me my change she walks away with the drink, returns with the drink with an obvious shot added on top. I look at the label and it says Vt Iced Latte triple hazelnut and I asked if they put extra hazelnut because I did not order triple, she was already taking another order in her ear apparently and tells me to wait while she finishes and then all of a sudden rudely tells me 'an iced latte does not come with hazelnut' ! I said I know that, that is why I order it with hazelnut. She was not listening and just stared at me so I said ok and drove away cause there were cars behind me. I really don't agree with how she handled this transaction at all. I did not deserve to be talked to in that manner for wanting to make sure the drink was correct as I always order it. I do hope a manager will point this out and train her on how to talk to customers especially if she is unable to answer a question about a drink order. I cannot imagine if I had ordered more than one drink what I would have went through with her ! read more

They definitely don't act like they want to serve you. If anything they make it seem like a hassle. I just went through the drive thru and asked for a venti iced royal English tea latte. It's on the menu and they said they needed to check if they have everything to make it. (Perfectly fine). I told them it said it was available on the app at their location but not at the one on bell drive in Atwater. She responds in a snobby way and says "they probably took it off because it's A very time consuming drink to make" (RUDE) I was going to ask light ice but I didn't want to piss her off even more. OMG really it's tea with some milk in it. I have heard of extremely complicating Starbucks orders and this is not one. This is a regular menu item. This Starbucks seriously needs to work on their customer service and not to mention they made my drink wrong. They gave me black tea with milk. Also the rude chick needs to brush her hair, she looks like she just got out of bed. Definitely not coming back to this Starbucks. read more

Of all the Starbucks I've been to, this one is the best! I have a weird drink that even the nubee's get right! ( and i am not fond of nubee's! But everyone is a nubee at least once at every job they've ever had) These excellent baristas know my name and my drinks! They will spend extra time with me in the drive thru and i never mind waiting when they are spending extra time with someone else. They are more like family than just someone behind a counter that doesn't care about their job or the people they are serving. I love everyone there! Rock on guys! read more

Horrible service! It first started out with them taking forever in the drive thru, ( apparently mistakes on the previous driver in front of me) did not apologize for the long wait , not that it's a huge deal , furthermore forgot the add ins in my drink , I did not notice until after I left, of course when I called them to let them know that I was dissatisfied they said they did not have them in stock (the add in's ) and that my drink should taste the same ?? However they failed to Mention that while ordering . All they said was sorry . Did not even offer another drink . So, I TOLD them that I would be back for another drink altogether . They just said ok ask for the manager when you come back . I went back , they handed me the new drink I asked for without no communication at all, not a here you go, sorry about that , good night , nothin. Just plain rude. Love this Starbucks location. The inside is real comfortable and inviting. I was in town for a baseball game and was overwellemd how great the customer service was and how up beat the staff was. My local Starbucks in Patterson should take notes on the way to treat there customers and how to remodel a store. Great job . read more

Went here today and got a small green tea & after about 5 sips It was gone & I had a half cup of ice! Haha So I went back again & got a medium but with no ice because I still had plenty from my last cup! But love green tea, so good! Every time I come to this location I think to myself "why do I even bother" i order the most simple drink and yet it's screwed up every single time! And when you don't feel good and order a cold buster only to have to go back and have them correct it and are given attitude that doesn't sit well with me. Starting to think I will continue to just stick with the mom and pop shops. I myself helped to open a Starbucks location a few years ago and it's frustrating seeing how some locations just don't care! read more

My daughter and I went here to get the entire family coffee and hot cocoa on a Saturday mid morning. We ordered three white chocolate mocha and two hot cocoa, then my daughter who didn't know the name of the drink she wanted started explaining it the gentleman knew exactly what she wanted even though it wasn't on the menu. He was extremely polite as well. I told my daughter to make sure she tried it before we left, and he asked if we had had a bad experience before. I told him we had my daughter and her friend ordered the same drink at the Barnes and Noble location and they got her friends right but hers tasted horrible she couldn't drink it, but by that time we were almost home so we just took it as a loss. He says oh no if it's ever wrong bring it back and we will make you a new one and even if your almost home come back the next day tell us and we'll get you a new one. That was awesome and it made her very happy. Well needless to say all our coffees and cocoa were good although we didn't drink it there upon looking around it seemed very clean and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend this Starbucks. Great service guys pat on the back. read more
