On multiple occasions, I've noticed that when this employee rings me up, certain items are not scanned and a price is manually entered instead. I've also repeatedly been charged more for products when he rings me up than when the younger employees do. After noticing the pattern, it has become difficult for me to believe these are simply isolated mistakes. Customers should be able to trust that they're being charged the correct and consistent price for what they purchase. I was also uncomfortable when this same employee asked my girlfriend where she works. She is considerably younger than him and did not know him personally. Regardless of his intentions, I felt the question was inappropriate and it made us uncomfortable. I want to be clear that the younger employees here have always been chill, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. This review is not a reflection of them. I've been a loyal customer for years, which makes this especially disappointing. But after these experiences, this business has permanently lost my business and that of my loved ones.

They have everything from high-end champagne, cognac, wines (import & domestic), beers (import & domestic) down to Boone's Farm, Cold Duck, MD-20/20 and all in between. There is not a single kind of booze not sold in this store. Best of all, their prices are fantastic, service is very friendly and hours are decent. I just wish they were here in San Francisco!
