Love this Starbucks!! It's very spacious, clean, quite and has very cool wall decor. Ideal for studying or working here since it's quite and has a lot of tables. I ordered mocha cookie crumble frapuchino via the app and walked in to pick it up. After ordering, I came in less than 4 minutes and it was ready. They made it so quick! I made an adjustment to my drink (10 scoops of chocolate chips) but I don't think they've actually added enough 10 scoops as I requested though. The drink was good but it could have been better if they did as requested. Another thing I love about this store is they have a little free book library. You probably can bring your own books there for donation and take another book home in exchange. Didn't talk to employees so can't comment on customer service. read more

I ordered on the app like I do most of the time and the drink was ready when we got there. I ordered the mocha cookie crumble cappuccino and it was as yummy as always! Im not a big coffee fan so I always get this yummy chocolate Frappuccino. This Starbucks was super clean and really nice inside. I really liked the mural on the wall. There was also a give a book/take a book stand which I thought was a really nice addition. The barista that gave me my drink was nice and friendly. I would come back for sure and probably will tomorrow! read more

This Starbucks falls into my standard SB review. It's a solid representation of the franchise without anything that really makes it stand out. It has a drive-thru, outdoor seating and plenty of space inside. If you like SB, you'll dig it. If not, probably best to pursue other options. I will say this, their customer service might be a cut above the rest. I once ordered a beverage on my app and they were out of the ingredients so they made me a variation of the drink in hopes of making me happy (I ordered an iced chai tea latte and they were out of it so they substituted with the lightly sweetened chai). Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied as it tastes significantly different. Once I inquired, found out what was going on, and expressed my disappointment they gave me a gift card for the amount of the drink I wanted. I feel like this was handled very well and left a happy customer. read more

A solid Starbucks. Quick and clean. Stopped by this location passing through Asheville. The service was quick. the store itself was clean. The staff was friendly. Given the staffing problems at most Starbucks I would say things could change on a daily basis but I had no issue here. It's a nice newer location and since its away from downtown Asheville it doesn't have a lot of foot traffic. If I was in this part of Asheville I'd attend them daily. read more

Had a one star experience today but it's usually 5 stars so I'm not going to be that person who reviews based on one bad experience when overall it's been positive. At all times everyone who works here is a rock Star and super kind. The coffee is usually good- the food is usually good. The lines are always long. Today was just not my day to go to Starbucks. 1.) a Karen went psycho on me in the line for blocking the exit from her for maybe 20 seconds. I mean bat shit. Screaming and rolling down her window to swear at me. I told her I hope her day gets better because clearly she's miserable. Not nice to be verbally assaulted first thing in the morning 2.) I was in line for 33 minutes. Omg. I wanted to shoot myself but there was no escape 3.) my dark roast was (no exaggeration) water with cream in it) no coffee taste at all which really pissed me off after being in line for 30 minutes In the future I'll never go through this star bucks when there is a line. read more

I really like the new Starbucks location. It is really pretty inside, great decor and very inviting space. This Starbucks has everything to offer that one would expect from a Starbucks including delicious, know-what-you're-gonna-get coffee drinks including seasonal pumpkin spice and smore's lattes and frappucinos, as well as comfortable tables, lounge areas and wifi. The service is great, really friendly people taking orders and drinks come out pretty quickly. They might need to have any extra person scheduled to help that go a little faster, but they're still a new location. I'm excited about the location of this Starbucks and will be back soon and often. read more

I would avoid this one. They are short-staffed, and are using that excuse to keep their lobby closed. There is no "order ahead" available. Your only option is to wait in the super-long, painfully-slow drive-thru. It makes paying $5+ for a coffee drink seem hardly worth the trouble. read more

A fine Starbucks, in my book. This was a stop of mine while vacationing through the Blue Ridge, and it was a memorable experience. A clean, modern building. Easy parking. Cheerful staff and laid-back customers. Once I'd gotten my order, I went on to have myself a long, enjoyable lunch, just lounging about with a good book and feeling something like a king -- magnifico! Sure, it was a little thing -- "just another Starbucks," some might think -- but no less priceless for it. Indeed, I treasure my time at this place. All of the Asheville Starbucks locations are great, but this is the only location with a drive through. If you go with any frequency, the employees are excellent about remembering you, your name, and your drink of choice. Perfect spot to study or work on your laptop, indoor and outdoor seating, large inventory for home percolating options, clean restrooms, helpful employees. read more

I haven't used the drive thru.. but if you go Inside, they're kinda slow. Took them a while to greet me and take my order then it took forever to get my drink!!! It's a pretty facility though. read more

Ordered a tye dye frap, first drink received was a slop-mush of a concoction, absolutely no ice, sub par coloring, basically just multi-colored water. Waited 10+ minutes for another drink, received it, and it's just completely yellow like they didn't even add all the other ingredients at all. Heady levels not rising bro read more

Sooooooo....they ran water for 60 seconds to clean a container....if they in a theoretical sense sold 100 drinks in a day that use that container they will essentially be flushing down 100 minutes or over an hour of water which will probably take a third of that time to clean that container as of just sat there....... not a real great use of the water in my city in my personal opinion read more

First time visiting this new location, and Katie the rude redhead and the flies completely ruined my experience. Even though the fly was in the display case, when my friend pointed this out to her she was immediately dismissive and condescending. Not to mention the look on her face that was dripping with disdain and could've made Satan cry. Won't be returning to that location, and I'll be telling anyone that will listen how bad the customer service is at this place. i've funneled a truly awful amount of money into this location since it opened a few months ago, but i'm cool with it. i live practically next door, so the drive thru has been my go-to breakfast fix for the days i'm running late for work and can't go to my other regular spots... which means i'm there about 4 days a week. i've heard some people complain about slow service, and while i can't speak for the counter service as i've only been inside once (it's really pretty!), the drive thru is pretty quick. even with a line wrapped around the whole building the wait was never longer than ten minutes (if that). being in service myself, i've found that 10 minutes will feel like 30 for some customers. i promise it's really not that bad. the staff are all so incredibly warm and polite. the drinks and food are always starbucks standard, which means it's great and hopefully what you're expecting. the only bad part about the location is how awful the traffic at the intersection has become, but i've finally gone through all the stages of grief and now i'm pretty chill about it. it's worth it to be able to get a quick breakfast in the morning, and satisfy sweet tooth cravings at night. i'm really happy this location opened, i appreciate the staff for being so wonderful. read more
