It has not been converted and one of the new places inside is selling delicious coffee!! The space was modern and very clean! There is also a fair amount of seating here! This place has an awesome cause! They employ those that may have a harder time getting a job due to cognitive abilities. With that being said, be respectful, order a bit slower and if you need to repeat yourself, be patient! Everyone here was unbelievably sweet! The coffee was absolutely AMAZING! Starbucks has nothing on these guys! I got a blackberry vanilla latte iced with oatmilk (almond milk is the other nondairy option) IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I want to try all of their specials now!! This is a "hidden gem" for Apple Valley! Definitely give this place a try!!

I was not sure I was even in the right place at first. Straight ahead as you enter is the coffee shop part of this place, and there is a touchscreen ordering panel but also a cashier. However, we came at 11am on a Saturday and wanted some of the brunch options. We were directed to a table in another part of the facility, given the full Curiouser menu, and abandoned for 30 minutes. No one talked to us again so we left and got brunch at another nearby establishment. I still hadn't had any coffee later that afternoon so I stopped by to try an easier scenario, and I had an excellent iced drink called Absolutely Alice. Perfect sweetness level for me; I like it sweet while still being able to get coffee flavor out of it. So I would definitely return for a coffee. The corners of the building that are meant to be associated with the coffee shop part of the business are nice; lots of plants and homey touches. But even though we did see servers taking orders at other tables, I don't think they have that down. I'd recommend coming here just for small orders at the counter.

My…read morefirst visit didn't totally win me over, but this time the coffee was noticeably better and the overall experience felt more worth it. The space still has a slightly weird food hall vibe (not super cozy coffee shop energy), but the drinks are hand crafted. They use local beans, have handmade syrups, and offer a fun variety of specialty drinks that feel thoughtful and well made. One of my favorite details: the plants throughout the shop have names and many are for sale, which is such a fun, quirky touch and makes the space feel more intentional and unique. Overall, I'm glad I gave it another shot, much better experience the second time and definitely a cool local spot with personality.

I was absolutely thrilled when I discovered Café de Paris in Apple Valley. It's surprisingly…read moredifficult to find a truly high-quality bakery around here, and after one too many supermarket "French" baguettes and bake-at-home loaves, this place was exactly what I'd been looking for. The bread is fantastic--crusty, fresh, and authentically French. They also have an incredible selection of beautiful pastries, cakes, and other classic French treats that look like they came straight out of a Parisian pâtisserie. And the coffee is absolutely exquisite. One thing that always makes me smile is that while the pastries look and taste authentically French, they're definitely American-sized! They're enormous. If you're hungry, you're in for a treat. More often than not, I'll enjoy half of one there with a coffee and take the rest home in a box for later. It's a wonderful little café with a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to sit and unwind. If you're in the Apple Valley area and looking for something a little different--something with a genuine European feel--I can't recommend Café de Paris highly enough. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Decided to give this place a try after being in the area. Quick review: Food was VERY tasty!…read moreService and ambiance... definitely lacking.... I walked in and saw you could either order on a large touch screen on with a person at the front. I don't mind touch screens, so I went to start my order. The problem is that there are no pictures... so you're not 100% sure what you are ordering. I stopped the order and walked over to the case to order with the employee instead. There was one woman in front of me and she got her items quickly. I ordered 5 items. (See pic below) All of them were fantastic! I really do judge a place by how well they can do a croissant, and this place does them very well!! The employees were very polite but for some reason my order took almost 15 mins to fill... I watched them pull the items from the case, so I'm not sure why it took them so long to do the order. There was only one other person who ordered after me and she had a drink and a box of pastries too... she received her items first. As for the space, it is bland and feels like an old Carribou coffee.... There really wasn't anything that felt "Paris or French" here. Very bland and not very cozy. If you plan on going(the food was very good) order it to go...

The drinks were fine, but when my sandwich was ready it was barely edible. The English muffin was soft and floppy and there was basically no cheese on the sandwich so it was very dry. Overall, I'll stick to Starbucks...

I gave it a whirl. I got a nice woman who took my order. She got my phone number associated with my rewards. I got a large sparkling green tea lemonade. My drink was yummy and was exactly what I needed. I normally get a beverage to start my day, but it was nice to quench my thirst before fetching dinner. I had a terrific experience at this cafe. When I'm back in Apple Valley, I'd stop here to get my drink fix in a heartbeat. I hope to check out the cafe next time. (10)

After reluctantly stabbing it open, my tongue was met with a cold sweet milk tea and warm tapioca pearls. The temperatures contrasted perfectly, making it even more enjoyable. The staff were so kind.
