Sandwiches always get thrown into the bag.
Danielle B.

The staff here is mostly nice. Although drinks at the pick up area get stolen all the time by the same locals. And it seems like they always throw hot sandwiches in the bag. Making such a mess or causing all the cheese to be in the bag instead of on the sandwich.

just got my drink and it was a complicated order (secret menu) and Peyton took my order with the best customer service I've had in awhile. Thanks girl!! Peyton is at the Starbucks location in Victorville on Palmdale and the 15 frwy

Nicest guy ever works there , Inspire to be like him, Deserves a raise, such a nice guy

The lady that was rude.

So today as I went to Starbucks because I wanted a pumpkin spice latte one of the lady's treated me rude and ugly, her name was joeanna or something like that, my mother who drove me there asked for a drink carrier, the lady rolled her eyes and said "here" with a rude tone and attitude, my mom also asked for straws because the lady didn't give us any, she also ignored us and when she opened the window my mother told her that she didn't have to give her attitude, the lady then said "I'm not giving attitude" with a very rude tone. I feel like she should be talked to.

I'm really trying to be patient with you guys , but it never fails that I'm here waiting for my drinks over 45 minutes , you guys are always so nice and I do appreciate that, maybe you need a better system to get the drinks out in the order they were placed ! This has already happened to me once before at this store. Not happy at all

I've been here so many times I don't know why I never did a review! I went again today to get my…read morefree birthday drink it was good as always. I've tried a few but always go back to the iced Spanish latte, which has condensed milk. It's uniquely tasty. Their bagel sandwiches are a full meal in and of themselves. My go to is the sausage bagel which is on a jalapeños bagel with egg, sausage, and cream cheese. Service is always fast and friendly through both sides of their drive thru shack, which also has a walk up window.

My husband and I were road-tripping up to Reno and decided to make a quick coffee stop at Six Beans…read moreCoffee. We were really looking forward to a solid caffeine break... but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. I ordered a vanilla frozen coffee, and it honestly tasted like... nothing. It lacked sweetness, flavor depth, and that strong coffee kick you expect from a frozen drink. It just felt very flat. My husband got the Spanish latte, which should have been rich and slightly sweet with condensed milk flavor but instead, it tasted watered down. It didn't have that bold espresso taste we were hoping for. We also grabbed a cinnamon roll, which I was genuinely excited about. Sadly, that might have been the biggest letdown. It was cold, dry, and just not good. The texture and flavor were off honestly one of the worst cinnamon rolls I've had. When you're on a road trip, you want that warm, comforting pastry moment... and this wasn't it. Maybe it was an off day, but overall the drinks lacked flavor and the pastry missed the mark. It wasn't terrible service-wise just disappointing from a quality standpoint. Would I stop again on another road trip? Probably not. There are just too many great coffee spots out there to settle for something this underwhelming.

I love this place! Have been twice in the last two weeks. The first visit I had shrimp fried rice…read moreand crunchy tofu. Both were great! I normally do not like fried or grilled tofu but this was different. Nice crunch on the outside and super creamy on the inside. They have a pink sauce in little packets and it is really good on the crunchy tofu. Not too sweet and just the right flavor. I also had a mango green tea with Boba. Of course it was delicious just the right amount of mango but it was sweet. The second time I visited I tried the shrimp chow mein and the crunchy tofu again and I tried peach black tea with Boba. The tea was delicious and sweet but really nice. I'm not sure how you could make that horrible. The shrimp chow mein was just OK to me. The noodles seemed gummy and I'm not used to that. We also had the sautéed gyoza. The first batch came out burnt, but they were very nice and very accommodating when we brought them back and they brought us another order that was perfect and delicious. By the way we ordered vegetarian Gyoza and it was surprisingly good. I have also had the Ramen at this restaurant and it is also excellent . Many choices and they're really good about cooking what you need. This is not a fancy place but the food is great and the girls at the order desk are really sweet!

I hate to write this, but my first time there will be the last. I ordered the Orange Chicken Rice…read moreBowl and asked if I could have fried rice instead of steamed rice. No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.

They also have a good variety of drinks and some food options (didn't try the food this time though). I didn't really interact with the staff. It was kinda just like I ordered and that was it I got the mac white mocha, and it was... okay. Not bad, just nothing special -- tasted like regular coffee. My boyfriend got the horchata espresso, and it leaned more cinnamon-heavy than expected. Not bad either, just not super memorable. Honestly, both drinks tasted like something we could make at home. That being said, I do want to come back and try their Drive energy drink -- I feel like that might be more their standout.

The HD needs more places like this…read more The employees are friendly and welcoming, and service is pretty fast. There are a few outdoor tables (uncovered) and plenty of indoor seating. The interior is styled nicely and is kept clean. One restroom. They have a moderate sized parking lot - most people don't stay very long anyway - so parking isn't an issue. The vibe is casual and relaxed, and the noise level remains moderate even when busy. This is a great place for studying or grabbing coffee with a friend. They have a good amount of hot and cold drink options, including coffees, teas, Italian sodas, and frappes/smoothies. They also have a decent selection of small food items, such as muffins, bagels, and sandwiches. Their current seasonal drinks are all very tasty - the Lavender Blackberry Green Tea is so refreshing. For a non-seasonal drink, try the Horchata Espresso! Prices are very fair considering quality and quantity. 10/10 recommend. I hope they stick around for a long time.
