This location is probably the worst location. They do not know how to handle pressure and they're all little kids. Who think having an attitude at eight in the morning is cute. I go in there to always only get a tall or grand blonde roast with absolutely nothing but the coffee in it and I always receive it at the register immediately after ordering, but for some reason, this staff thinks that it is appropriate or OK to make me wait. Even though every Starbucks I've ever been to. When I ordered this drink, it is always given to me at the register. That is the whole reason why I ordered it to be able to leave quickly. read more

I recently visited this Starbucks location and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who took my order was rude and unprofessional. She rushed me while I was still placing my order and did not say thank you or show basic courtesy once it was completed. When I arrived at the window to pick up my drink, I expressed my concern to the employee handing me my order. Unfortunately, he did not apologize or acknowledge the situation. The door says that a facial covering is required, but when I got here to pick up my order this store had allowed a group of 7-8 people inside to wait for their orders WITHOUT masks. A guy from the group even came out to ask me if I am waiting outside because I am uncomfortable with the amount of people waiting inside he continued to tell me that "they don't care if people wear a masks". Okay. I ordered a 5 dollar tea, and the register asked me to give a 5 dollar tip for a 5 dollar tea! Because of guilt-tipping, I gave a 1 dollar tip, which is 20 percent of 5 dollars. And the young server who looks fresh out of high school or still in high school gave me the look. It made such an impact on me that day. I thought to myself (such privilege she has! Most people don't get tips for their jobs, and we worked extra hard and overtime! We miss holidays and don't have time to live our lives, while also dealing with ungrateful people. Many of us don't even get paid overtime because we are on salary, which is only enough to barely keep us alive. And you expect me to tip 100 percent for handing me overpriced tea on a hot summer day! In this economy! If you want free money, go ask your guardians or your parents! I am not your responsibility!) Seriously, Starbucks is starting to piss me off. Horrible service. They were having technical difficulties this morning and I waited for a while In the drive thru. By the time I got to the window my sandwich was cold and my drink was wrong. I had to go inside and they made my drink again and made a new sandwich that was so burnt I could not bite into it, went back a 3rd time!!! My sandwich was cold inside so I just gave up and went home to heat it up. I used to spend $3300 a year here. But now with the horrible attitudes and subpar food I've all but stopped. They are also one of the WORST employers to work for. Get a degree and get out!!! Don't let them take advantage of you!!! read more

The customer service at this Starbucks is FANTASTIC! My husband and I usually frequent the Starbucks near Ross at the OTHER hwy 18 location. BUT today we went to that location and they gave us a subpar drink. We were driving home and figured we should stop by this location to see if they could make us a new one. It use to be a great Starbucks location stop before work but recently it's been so bad. I usually order mobile and everhtime I get my drinks they never put sugar in my drinks as I always request in my coffee. I don't have a problem in any other Starbucks my order is very simple. They need a better team/ management and training. They also never have anything in stock and when I ask for extra sugar packs bc nothing is put they get mad at me. This is a new Starbucks, the wait seems to be better than any other local Starbucks since Covid. Their customer service is amazing. Every single time I have gone, their employees just shock me, I even had to tell them recently because I know Dutch Bros just opened in Apple Valley and that's what gets people to go back to them. My daughter and I went to get a drink after going to the laundromat (mind you it was a very hot day). Did the drive thru ( Vince) was working. I have never seen him or met him before.
