I go there every morning in store and a few times in the evening for the drive thru. This is the best Starbucks in the chain. The staff is well trained, friendly, knowledgeable and accurate. Price increases are a given everywhere. What Starbucks is charging for a tall spicy strawberry versus a tall strawberry refresher is out of control. The $1.00 price difference for a scoop of spicy chili powder (aka cayenne power) is ridiculous! Talk about price gouging your customers! As an added comment the powder does not affect the taste in a good way. Only adds "heat" to the drink. Save your money. If you truly want to give it a try, get the strawberry refresher then add your own spicy chili powder. Will be much cheaper. read more

I should've read the reviews before going to this location. I have never been in a drive thru so slow. I even ordered ahead to have this squared away and make it easier. It took 30 minutes! And like another review mentioned, once you're in that line you are trapped. Once I was given half my order, they still had me wait. She came back and asked what I was waiting for and I told her. She came back saying one product is out and I told her how to substitute. She brought that (with sticky stuff all over the bag) and I told her I need the other item- the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. She said strawberry mango??... Ma'am. I don't usually feel compelled to review chain places and all but I must warn the universe and fellow innocent beings of what to expect when coming here. SERVICE. IS. SLOW. Friendly and patient and messy and with the best intentions, but slow. So please visit the drive thru if you're very desperate and can afford to wait up to 20-25 mins for your order. I'll give it 3 stars because I feel bad for the innocent workers who bust their bums to better the place, but it just doesn't come through at all. Not sure why in the many times I have stopped by the pace is molasses. It's the closest Starbucks to me and my coffee needs are always urgent, so I guess I can put up with it a bit longer, but it's unfortunate. Could be better, service-wise. read more

Oh man. This Starbucks has a trap drive-thru as in once you're in, you're trapped. I was way back and it became clear after several minutes, we weren't going anywhere. Not only that, but it's dumpster alley for the whole shopping center. Scenic! Two people escaped by backing out behind me. It was my shot! And then someone pulled into the lane again! Drat! She must have seen my back-up lights and understood my desperation to escape as after about a minute of talking it over with her passenger, she backed out as well. My moment! Free at last. But I still wanted my coffee. Surely it would be quicker inside! I waited in a line of three people. The cashier was aloof but keyed in my order. After that, the waiting and waiting. The only barista that seemed to be hustling announced an ice emergency (it was a hot summer day -- every drink was iced) and one of the other workers disappeared into the back for about five minutes before emerging with the ice supply. Then he went back to stacking cup lids. That's the kind of scene we were dealing with. The hustling barista said they had someone call out, but the general inaction of the rest of the team spoke more to the problem than that one person's absence. My drink was fine and I've gotten served in a more timely manner at that locations before, but it's not a great Starbucks unfortunately. They need some teamwork -- some willingness to multitask and maybe abandon stacking cups for making some damned iced coffees during a rush. read more

Do not use the drive thru. When I come to visit my parents I stop here for a drink for my ride home. The line is so slow. I've sat with 3 cars and waited over 15 minutes. Today I took the chance again...my mistake... and it took 20 minutes just to be able to place my order and another 15 minutes to get to the window. My parents say it's always like. Doesn't matter how many cars are in line it always takes forever. I would do online ordering but had a little one asleep in the car and didn't want to wake him just to go in and grab my drink. I've given this location multiple visits to rectify my opinion since it's so close to my office but the only positive I can say about this location is they're always clean. The last straw was when I placed a mobile order and went to the cashier to inform her and she said just to stand to the side and wait. I stood there for almost half an hour while other people were being served. When I went to ask her the status of my drink she admonished me and said I should have informed a barista. I gladly would had she said that earlier. Turns out my drink, a frappuccino, had been completed and sitting there this whole time. Of course it was completely melted by this time. Her solution was to add ice and reblend it. The java chips were ground down to nothing and there was barely any flavor to the drink. It promptly went into the trash. read more

I love Starbucks, but this has to be my least favorite Starbucks that I have had a chance to visit. The drive thru wraps around the back of the shopping center, which makes it very difficult to leave the drive thru if you need to. You are probably wondering why would you ever need to leave the drive thru? Well you would need to, because it takes FOREVER. For being surrounded by caffeine, the service at this place moves at a snails pace. On more than one occasion, I have sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Not only have I had ridiculously long waits, upon receiving my beverage, the order was wrong. I believe this location has screwed up my order more than they have gotten it correct. Positives about this location? It is a nice place to sit inside and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, those positives do not outnumber the negatives for me. When I have a desire for Starbucks beverage, I make the effort to visit other locations in the area. read more

This is one of the few Starbucks in the area (where I come from in CO they are everywhere), so of course it's consistently busy. The parking lot is a little small, which can be challenging, but it's not that big of a deal. Staff is always really friendly and smiling, probably because they're over-caffeinated :), and the drinks come out quickly and correct every time. There's a drive-through here, which is really convenient when your husband wants a Venti Caramel Frappucino at 9:30 at night and you don't feel like getting out of your pajamas. Poor customer service and unconventional layout. I made the mistake of driving around back to the drive-thru where I found it was backed up with 10 car. Because of the layout, I couldn't back out and get out of line, so I had to wait 30 minutes (yes.. 30 minutes) just for the line to move enough where I could actually maneuver my car around the remaining customers still in front of me and get out of line. Newly renovated. The new furniture is new, about as soft as the old stuff, the large overstuffed chairs are noticeably absent now however. Also, they've just installed a very loud, crystal clear sound system. So loud, headphones can no longer provide any type of study barrier. This location is pretty good. The staff is friendly and very efficient in making a drink timely and tasty. The prices are a bit on the higher side which I would be lower with a Dunkin Donuts about a mile away. I have not stayed to enjoy my drinks in this location as the space doesn't seem to comfortable. The drive thru is an absolute terror. You have to drive around the back of the entire line of stores (about 5) to reach their order station. There are cars and dumpsters back there and that spells disaster. Once you go through the obstable course of tight squeezes in and out of the building this location offers good pricey product with a smile. read more

I work from home, so I'm usually here 2 or more times a week to get out of the house for awhile. I will agree it's slow, but I'm never in a rush so this doesn't bother me. However, since I am here so much, I expected that the staff would eventually remember me. Every time I come here, my order is wrong or my mobile order is completely lost. IF my order is ready, they get my drink ready and completely ignore the food. This happens at least 2 out of 3 visits. Having been to hundreds of starbucks around the country I can say this is not my favorite location, BUT it gets 4 starts because its better then the other locations in the area! And hey at least there IS a Starbucks here! Being the best location in the area, it is of course crowded and the parking is a horror show. The staff has always been fast and friendly and even though there are a lot of people inside I've never had an issue finding a table for 2. I don't think I need to comment on their product as I'm sure most people have had a Starbucks latte by now, but what the heck.
