Hands down this is the most consistently slow Starbucks we've ever seen. It's been like this for years and we've never been able to figure out as they cycle through employees often. Drinks take forever even with limited customers. The early morning crew is on point but anytime in the afternoon/evening be prepared to wait. They really need a visit and retraining from staff that knows how to run a store. Northeast, MD and all Bel Air locations are much quicker. read more

Food is typical Starbucks food. Drinks are inconsistent with taste. The workers are always so busy so I can understand why something might not taste the best/same, or things get missed. And they're so busy with the morning rush it appears you have better luck ordering online or in the drive through, because standing at the register waiting for help can take more than 5 minutes. read more

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered two drinks, an iced caramel latte and an iced toasted v oat shaken espresso. First and foremost they ran out of oat milk, which is fine; replaced it with regular milk. As a true Starbucks lover I am disappointed by the service experience @ the Aberdeen location today. I ordered two drinks and had to wait over 20 mins for coffee. Unacceptable! This location's internal operational system in managing drive-thru, mobile and in-store orders needs major work. I asked an employee on the status of my order (after seeing my cup with my name on it sit on the coffee bar for 15 minutes awaiting to be made)--and she responded very rudely saying she was preoccupied with other orders. What an unapproachable staff that lacks kindness towards customers. I'd recommend closing the inside and being a drive-thru location. As an Aberdeen native and a resident of Washington, DC I was über excited to see this new location pop up when I visit my hometown. This is absolutely the worse Starbucks I've ever been too and unfortunately it's the one closest to my home. They are constantly out of products Something as common as whip cream, average wait in drive through is 25 mins ( yes seriously 25 mins!!) and inside is about 15-20 min wait. I just had the WORST experience at this Starbucks. I ordered the mocha cookie crumble frap , it was super watery , liquidy, wasn't very sweet and was just off and I know since I have had this drink many times before. I HATE asking the workers to remake a drink unless it's really bad and this time it was, plus I get really bad anxiety but I did and asked Mindy if they could remake the drink and she said okay , then she asked the other guy to make it and he asked why and Mindy told him it's watery and has no taste then a girl in the back named Carmen said "Maybe she has no taste " and I said "I heard that" and Mindy asked what she said and I repeated it and Patrick, the manager apologized, but Carmen didn't. Breakfast at this Starbucks was fine. You can't order at the counter; you have to use the app and place your order, even if you're already inside the restaurant, at least on the day I was there. Nobody told me that. I waited at the counter for awhile, until I finally noticed the sign. My iced green tea came out quickly, but my Turkey Bacon and Egg White Muffin was about 10 minutes behind. We were waiting for our drinks and it took nearly forty minutes. We were really tired and have been driving for hours. I'm kinda disappointed with over half of the visits to this location. I was excited they finally opened a store closer to APG, but they need to get it together! On one occasion I ordered a grande latte and the barista gives me a tall trying to convince me that is the correct size! One of his fellow workers had to correct him. Another occasion I had to wait 10 minutes for a mobile ordered that I placed way ahead of my arrival. The last straw was today when I ordered a venti cappuccino and I only had a little over half a cup of beverage I could actually drink. This Starbucks is amazing. I was sitting in the parking lot on a weekend morning before it opened. A man that worked there named Aus told me they didn't open until five on the weekend mornings but he would make my drink earlier. He not only made my drinks he hand delivered to my car. I just moved out here in august and I love this location! The girls are always so nice and my orders always come out with no problems.

Was in town for a week and came here everyday and each time received just terrible service. Workers were friendly but I was never able to get my order in under 20 minutes any of the times. This might be one of the worst Starbucks locations I've been to in a while. First, they're EXTREMELY slow. Unless you have 30-40 minutes of free time to wait then good luck getting your coffee. Second, there is no consistency with this location. One day the inside is open the next it's not, one day they take mobile orders the next they don't. People come to Starbucks for the coffee experience NOT to sit in a line outside for 40 minutes. The coffee is great--expensive, but worth an occasional splurge. But the drive-through is ridiculous. The lot is poorly designed for cars to both park and access the drive-through. My husband and I walked in to order and we had to wait at least 5 minutes for a worker to even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter waiting to order. At one point a worker came up to the register but never made eye contact and went about her own business without ever acknowledging us. Of all the 5 other workers that were working right there they all kept looking our way but not one made a move to help us. Often mess up orders, randomly decide to close early, been closing at 4 pm for a while even though advertised as 10pm. Today I went at 2:03 and they said they closed at 2:09. I've become increasingly frustrated with this store and will probably cease to give my business. read more
