The guys from R&G saw us in the parking lot struggling. They immediately stopped what they were doing and helped deconstruct some pallets in the parking lot to create a safer transport for me. They were sure I was going to break it and I probably would have without their help. I don't even know these guys! We were absolutely beside ourselves that these guys would take 30 mins out of their work day in 100 degree heat to help out a stranger. After trying to get a good idea before I put my money into the product he stopped responding after asking for a picture. I called him the following day and he did not pick up, instead he texted me he would call me back and I never got a call back. Months later I contacted them for a quote to replace all my first story windows after Hurricane Beryl showed me where all my window leaks were (original windows). Again Vern and Joe came out. I e-mailed pictures, spoke with them on the phone. They gave me a rough estimate, came out and measured, came out and did a template. Then I waited for a little more than a week. The whole window had to be reconstructed due to breakage at the top and bottom. Now, this was not cheap, but the result is great. It matches the other windows perfectly. Couldn't be happier with technician Cleveland and the people at Art Glass.

Only thing still left to be determined is the install quality. I have been thought couple rain storm already not signed of leak yet. I update if something happen in the future Overall I am highly recommend upright windows. Right now everything is so expansive, I rare feel anything is good value anymore but I am very happy choose the upright window.
