Really rude person who eventually made contact advising to go back into the airport to level 3. questioned this as I knew I wouldn't be able to see any vehicles from there. He then shouted when I called 20 minutes later asking where the driver was saying we should have waited outside! They have said they are going to charge an extra hour on top of what was agreed which will most certainly be challenged! A shoddy company who never answers the phone. Really spoilt what should have been a lovely surprise. One of his emails states that he should have left us at the airport to get an Uber/taxi! Would not recommend this company and am lodging a formal complaint against them. The chauffeur however was really nice and it wasn't his fault that his company cannot get their act together.

He had water in the vehicle, which was a big help for us because we had been traveling all day and we hadn't had enough water. On top of that, the MCO airport train was down, so we literally walked all of our carry-on luggage across an outside bridge all the way to the main terminal. He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train. So far, we will be using their services again because it was just so easy, and Sam was very professional and nice. The other SUV that showed up was completely disappointing and seemed to be a friend of someone with the company as the driver was not dressed as previous drivers. On the return, the car never showed up to take us to the airport. I called the number on the reservation and the gentleman arranged a pickup with a different service it seemed. Our text conversation stated we would be refunded due to these issues, however a refund never came. I called weeks after and followed up with the owner. He stated that they attempted to give a refund but it bounced back and seemed to be an issue with my bank. I told him the experience we had of pick up from the airport and the pick up from the hotel. The owner indicated he would give some sort of refund and that he would look into how this all happened. A refund never came. I attempts several times to follow up but phone calls and emails were not answered. Very unfortunate experience with empty promises
