So one year ago he had a rash of almost 25 people that couldn't say more fabulous things about him. Certainly not my experience. To start- the electronic data check in process is predatorily intrusive... It feels like they're feeding all the data into a central WBAN system. Upon arrival, after they were finally pleased with all my signatures and disclosures, 10 minutes passes while he's standing outside door loudly socializing with his assistants about his internet purchases. When he finally walks in and I ask him if he's going to buy the shoes, he gives me a snotty "I don't know, maybe". Contemptuous glare, zero apology. He then went on to behave like a slovenly teenager, angry that I had to nerve to point out I was running late. He made it exceedingly clear that he could care less about helping my painful medical situation and even interrupted the consultation to argue with me about how he had a right to be late & that I should go elsewhere. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful & made us miss the deadline for funding our Spacex ipo.

Having recently been dealing with shoulder pain I opted to see him for some feedback. Everyone had told me what a great doctor he is but getting to meet him and seeing his bedside manner firsthand made me wholeheartedly agree with them. Dr. Millstein took his time to go over my images and reports and thankfully told me that all I need is Physical Therapy (not surgery) to get better. He was very forthright, knowledgeable and welcoming and encouraged me that I can always reach out to him personally should I have any questions or concerns. Dr. Millstein really cares about his patients. It is evident from the second you meet him that he really is there to help you and not push for surgery unless it's needed. It is not often that I meet a doctor who is not only skilled in his expertise, but also a very genuine and caring person. Dr. Millstein definitely fits the bill! P.S. Dr. Millstein recently moved his practice to a beautiful and stylishly designed office in Santa Monica with breathtaking views. Honestly, it was one of the most gorgeous medical offices I've ever seen!

I can't recommend Michael at Fabrizio Physical Therapy enough…read more I came in after dealing with a torn rotator cuff and honestly felt like I had tried just about everything -- different exercises, Rolfing, ShoulderReliever.com, and anything else I could find -- with little to no lasting improvement. I was close to giving up and accepting that my shoulder might never feel normal again. Then I started working with Michael. From the beginning, he had an excellent bedside manner, really listened, and approached the process with a "never quit" attitude. He was patient, thoughtful, and consistent, and he adjusted the work as I progressed instead of just giving me a generic routine. That made a huge difference. What stood out most was that Michael genuinely cared about getting me back to normal. He pushed when I needed it, explained what we were doing, and helped me stay committed even when progress felt slow. I don't think I would have recovered the way I did without him. I'll honestly miss working with him. Great therapist, great person, and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Michael and Fabrizio Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with a shoulder injury or looking for a physical therapist who truly pays attention and sticks with you.

I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.

I went there and he managed to talk me into buying a package. They did nothing for me. It's a scam…read more Stay away

I cannot recommend Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe at the Stem Cell Institute highly enough…read more After suffering an MCL injury, I was weighing several options, including surgery and wearing a CTI brace. Rather than rushing me toward an invasive procedure, they took the time to truly listen to my goals. As someone who wanted to get back to an active lifestyle and back on the ocean as safely as possible, they carefully explained every detail of my ultrasound scans, the specific damage to my knee, and all of the available treatment options. I never felt pressured. I felt educated. Together we decided on regenerative treatment, giving my body the opportunity to heal itself. Six weeks later, I'm back on the ocean riding my board--something I wasn't sure would be possible so quickly. What impressed me most was their honesty. At my follow-up, they told me I was healing so well that I didn't even need another treatment. That level of integrity is rare. It showed me that their priority is the patient's outcome, not selling additional procedures. I appreciate the time they spent with me, the patience they showed answering my questions, and the genuine care they demonstrated throughout the entire process. They were recommended to me by a friend who had an outstanding experience, and I'm grateful for that referral. Now I'm happy to pay it forward. If you're facing orthopedic surgery or considering your options for a ligament or joint injury, I strongly encourage you to consult with Dr. Marc and Dr. Joe before making a final decision. It may not be the right solution for everyone, but in my case it helped me avoid surgery, get back to doing what I love, and let my body heal naturally. I couldn't be more thankful.

When the cartilage disappears, then bone starts to take it's place - hence where you get the term "bone on bone." I would have been a better and more honest doctor than you anyday.
