We had a positive experience with the babysitter we booked via the Grapevine Placement Agency…read moreduring a weekend getaway in Yountville, and would recommend this agency! Grapevine was one of two nanny agencies recommended to us by our hotel. Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead. Overall, I was happy with Grapevine and would recommend them to anyone looking for at-hotel childcare while in wine country with their children.

Following week needed to pick a relative up from the airport. We discussed I'd come in the following day at my regular time. Representative said to ask the supervisor should I come in or stay home. I speak to the supervisor and she states the representative stated she would send a replacement. Okay! I receive a call around 11:30 am checking my status. Return the call at 4:15 leaving a message will be in following morning and thanks. Following day I come in at 4am and the same representative states she had a replacement to come in. Now this is all okay, if you had taken the time to call or text me instead of me driving here at 4am. It stunned me. So I stated this!
