I would not recommend this staffing agency. Their service is very poor and unprofessional. They pick and choose who they want to work with instead of treating all applicants fairly. You constantly have to call them every week just to get any update, and even then, they rarely follow up with you. There's no clear communication, no consistency, and no real effort to help people find work. Very disappointing experience. read more

Express Employment located in Fairfield, CA has to be the worst temp agency in Solano County. Taylor and Peggy never followed up with me regarding employment even though I filled out all the paperwork. Very unprofessional and rude attitude displayed by both of them. read more

False Advertising-Their App has all these jobs which I applied for and got no response. When I went to the Fairfield office the door was locked, I knocked and Peggy said she'd be with me. She was helping her friends daughter who was in sweats get a job. 30 minutes later she took my i d. And copied it and my soc.sec. card snd told me she had no jobs. I asked for her to delete my personal info. And she refused. I believe this is against the Law and Privacy Act. read more

Really bad temp agency. Starting with Peggy, I've been calling since last week to seek employment. I've been told she would call me back and she has not. I went in last week and I feel discriminated against. I don't have a car and she knew that, I went in I was told I was missing a document, said she couldn't place me if I didn't have a social. I ubered to the social security office, waited 2hr to request it. I ubered back to Peggy's office. Waited for her all for her to say she would be contacting me and up till this day, NOTHING. I waste of time and money. read more

The people you hire are not knowledgeable to the work that you're doing they are smart mouth. They just don't know how to treat the public. They don't have any customer skills. I'm sorry, but they don't and I'm speaking on a girl never gave her last name, but she works at LONGSHORE Cove Apartments in VALLEJO . read more

I had so much patience for this agency but they disappoint me every time, this fairfield office has got to be the worst temp agency in california, if you apply cross your fingers and hope you dont get Taylor as your agent shes the worst recruitor who doesnt give a damn about finding people work and very rude read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would! Gave them a call to help look for work. The young lady who answered the phone asked if I would be ok to be put on hold. I said no problem so she put me on hold for about 10 minutes and hung up. I called back, she picked up the phone and hung it up again. All I wanted was a job, their customer service is unmatched when it comes to horrible customer service. Laughable! read more

they are always " slow right now " but they put you on a pointless list and they never call you back for jobs

Daughter had an assignment for a day, about 2 weeks ago, still hasn't got paid. Someone she spoke to on Monday told her to go by today and pick up her check. We just went by, now they said until Friday! First of all, it was their mistake for not telling her she had to turn in her hours with them too, now nobody is responsible enough to do anything about it, until Friday. Let's see if they do keep their word at least this time and finally pay her after three weeks. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS STAFFING COMPANY! IS NOT GOOD! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO, IF I COULD! read more

Horrible temp agency, totally a waste of time, very unprofessional. They miscalculated or just totally botched my check MULTIPLE times. i wouldn't recommend anyone use this temp agency worst one I've ever dealt with. If i could they would get a 0 out of 10 read more

The staff was friendly and Erica personally helped me get set up. I appreciate the service there providing.

Completely unprofessional. Minerva, Ashley and Morgan. I've been lied to, hanged up on, and even "interviewed twice" for jobs that should pay well above the minimum wage. I do not appreciate my time wasted nor being told my information or references are non verifiable. I was offered a position before, but when I negotiated for a higher pay rate, I was talked to as if I don't deserve to be employed or paid any higher than what they want to pay, even though they ask your desired pay rate. Go elsewhere, it's been a year and this agency calls & texts me daily but still cant offer me a job. read more

You will waste a lot of time in their office, that's after you made an appointment, filled out an application online and you will think they will be expecting you. They pay minimum wage and they don't have any descent jobs besides warehouse and labor based jobs. If you have any form of qualification ( certificate/ degree and above) this place is not what your time or effort. read more

Express Employment Professionals are an employment contracting agency. Upon arrival they will ask you to fill out a form providing your personal information and employment history. Then they will have you watch a video on job safety and afterwards they will interview you in order to find the job best situated for you. Personally; I'm a big fan of Express and the people that work there. They have literally found a job for me on the first day I've walked in. Their process is streamlined and takes only about 30 minutes to an hour of your time. I cannot speak for people that try to contract for office jobs but if you have little experience or just need a job immediately then this is the place to go. read more

If I could give them 0 of 5 stars I would. I received an "appointment" for this place from the job fair only to realize once I got there that there were about 20 other people with appointments at the same time. I wanted for an hour and a half and finally got so frustrated that I was waiting for so long that I left. This place is so unprofessional and I would recommend using ANY other temporary staffing agency than this one. People deserve to be treated with respect and that is severely lacking here. read more

The entire office staff was so friendly. I was sent out to work within a week and love my new job. The company will be hiring me soon. The process was so easy. The office was very busy but based on listening to the conversations it sounds like they were getting jobs for people. I recommend them in every way! read more

A recent re-locator from Michigan who's RV broke down on the way out here. I am having to look for work outside of my Tax prep position and because of the commission check the agency seems to be very biased toward me and the crisis housing/temporary housing individuals that use this service. I have personally exhibited biased in work assignments for myself, lack of communication in the office and between staff members regarding certain individuals, lack of calling for positions even when calling in weekly and a general I don't care attitude from the staff in regard to certain individuals. It seems they are more worried about there commission checks then finding people work. It also seems they are very biased to certain sub-groups and admittedly write them off, black ball them or find ways to justify error through department communication as a way to move on to new employees that meet there commission wants or goals. This is from my understanding and communication with others in the situation is very known about the firm and something that they have been doing for a while. I would warn anyone using this agency to watch your P and Q's and understand this agency is very snake like in how they operate. read more
