I have been using Nelson Staffing for over a year. I was referred by a friend and I have since referred several of my friends. Nelson seems to be the main contact for most temp jobs throughout the Sonoma and Napa wine valleys, so I have been placed in several differing positions, which I enjoy. I thought 'temp staffing' was intended to fill an hour or two of employment while someone was out sick or something like that. What I thought was only going to be a day or two, turned out to be over a year. It's the most fun I have ever had working. The wonderful thing about interviewing with Virginia at Nelsons is that she was already matching me up with the perfect job. I could have easily said after a few days of work that I would like to try another position, but this one fit.
