The rest of the staff was working and helped me when the front desk stepped away. She did explain I can come back and repeat testing, and the $15.00 cost is associated with receiving the typing certificate.

Mr. Dennis Perez is the reason I came out to this place. He used to do the EDD portions of the transition briefings at Travis and is now one of the veterans' reps at this career one stop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the NCO that helped kickstart my Air Force career!
