The rest of the staff was working and helped me when the front desk stepped away. She did explain I can come back and repeat testing, and the $15.00 cost is associated with receiving the typing certificate.

My sister was looking for a job in cyber security which we heard is quite difficult to get. Sgt. McPhereson explained exactly what my sister had to do to get that job and was very informative about the process. My sis then joined the delayed entry program which wasn't much of a delay at all! I don't know how she did it, but Sgt. worked her magic and my sister was matched with her job and was set to ship out in 2 months. Over the course of those 2 months Sgt. was very helpful at DEP calls and gave my sister a bunch of tips as to what to expect and what to pack. To say this woman is thorough is the understatement of the year. She's amazing at briefing us family on this whole process and even started giving us tips (PRO TIP: use sandboxx app to send letters wow life changer!!) my sister just left for basic feeling excited and prepared thanks to Sgt. McPherson's guidance. Overall I know my sister (and myself included) felt more comfortable with a female recruiter (sorry boys!) It truly felt like she was looking out for my sister's best interests instead of trying to hit a quota. She is a people person and she CARES! Never once did she feel pushy. First off, she said she had a job offer for $26/HR cus she remembered about a bullshit side note she put along to help me find a job I guess, & then bring up my bad review on Yelp saying some shit like she didn't appreciate it and it wasn't her idea of cutting me off from a previous job I was wrking with that goes thru them. But why would you bring up a job offer AND my Yelp review at the same time AND call me on a block number? Like that's real unprofessional, and I ain't gotta be professional, they just a temp agency. It didn't make sense until it hit me, she was just really concerned about the 1 star rate and bad review on Yelp lmao. Guess Yelp is serious when it comes to business that never earned any stars or good reviews lol.
