My brother took the practice test and passed. Was told by SFC Hernandez that he could take the real test in their office (which is a straight up LIE...my husband was a recruiter and official testing is done at MEPS so everyone knows and won't be misled again). So my brother came back thinking he was taking the real test, got halfway through it and magically the computer screen goes blank and was told "well looks like we have to go to Sacramento." My husband was a recruiter for 4 years and active duty over 20 years so I know the routine. My brother went back on the day he was told by SFC Hernandez to go to MEPS and he wasn't even there. Instead the other soldiers there were incredibly rude and degrading with their comments. "Did you get all your partying done last month?" "No more weed brownies." You get the picture. So my brother left. Most anyone would after being lied to and treated like that by so called professionals. Not to mention SFC was constantly on my brothers social media being very pushy. Pretty apparent they need to make their quota for the month. Absolutely unprofessional! More training is needed and definitely a few counseling for their behavior. May I also suggest a change in leadership if that's how these soldiers are acting. Go to another recruiting station!

It was tough and failing the first ASVAB.... 30days later and I am sworn in!!. After first talking to SSG. Deleon, everything went like clock work, never pushy always hopeful. Even tho I feel like I was asking to many questions, random things that I needed to know, so that I knew Army was my way to go!! I haven't regretted a min of it, I ship out in two months, and am very thankful for Vallejo station and SSG. Deleon's work to get me my MOS. I am proud to be part of the best... Really do talk to a recruiter, ask a lot of questions.. Happy Veterans =)

I arrived right at 1:00 PM to ask a question and interacted with a staff member named Kerri. During our interaction, I had difficulty understanding her explanation and politely asked for clarification. In response, she raised her voice at me and stated that I "challenged her" for simply asking for clarification, in a way that was unexpected and inappropriate, especially in a public setting with other clients present. This interaction left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. As a community resource, professionalism and respectful communication should be a priority--particularly when assisting individuals who may already be navigating stressful situations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training or support to ensure all clients are treated with respect.

Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead.
