To say this woman is thorough is the understatement of the year. Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead. I arrived right at 1:00 PM to ask a question and interacted with a staff member named Kerri. During our interaction, I had difficulty understanding her explanation and politely asked for clarification. In response, she raised her voice at me and stated that I "challenged her" for simply asking for clarification, in a way that was unexpected and inappropriate, especially in a public setting with other clients present. This interaction left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. As a community resource, professionalism and respectful communication should be a priority--particularly when assisting individuals who may already be navigating stressful situations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training or support to ensure all clients are treated with respect.
