Since then, Mason not only didn't meet this deadline but has pushed us 16 WEEKS past the original project completion date, and there's still no end in sight. After paying this company $30,000.00, I would expect more professionalism than this. It's hard to be patient when a 4-week project has taken them this long, and I have been promised EIGHT different completion dates, and the owner and his staff have a horrible work ethic, are disorganized, and fail to show up on time or even at all.
