She listened to everything I said and put me through to Bobby who spoke to me in detail and explained the things I needed to know. Everyone went above and beyond to help me and make me feel as though my safety was important. Their highest priority is truly your well-being and they'll stop at nothing to make sure that you leave feeling at ease. Kind and quality people equals quality business. I made a great choice when I called this company! I recently discontinued my burglar alarm…read moremonitoring service with another company and needed new batteries installed. My previous company was not interested in doing anything except coming out to get their equipment, at which time I asked how much they would charge to replace batteries. I was curtly told, "Since you are no longer a customer, you don't even want to know". I got up the nerve to email about a service call. No one bothered to reply. I had been a good customer for almost 15 years. Being a 75 year old widow, who has often made poor choices when hiring someone, I was very nervous about finding a new company. However, as soon as the phone was answered at Global Alarms, it was obvious I had made a the right choice! The friendly man on the phone treated me like I was a very important customer! Nick came out and was the nicest young man I have met in a long time. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very patient while I asked many questions. Never once did he try to sell me anything. and the price that he charged was very fair. I am so relieved to have this work done, and my faith has been restored :-) Thank you, Global Alarms!

He called me back, told me who he was this time, and blamed a missed email on his receptionist. He told me he could be over in two hours, if he could finish a project. He was unapolgetic and unconcerned. Bad vibes all around. Really disappointed because I had gotten a great reference on FL Smart Home and was excited to get my project done. Experience is great, but so is integrity. Moving on!
