Some young guy started to look up the tire and gave me a price that double the price I had seen on line. AT the same time the nice guy from the Albany store walked up and spoke to me with a smile and talk about my bike, he's always nice. Once I said some to the young guy about what the price was on the internet this young boy hit the counter really hard and said right in front of me, GOT DAM INTERNET I DON'T KNOW WHY I EVEN COME TO WORK. I dropped it off on a Saturday and was notified that it was ready on Wednesday. I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. The bike is running like new, they did everything I asked for, nothing I didn't. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!

They said it could be an almost $2000 repair by the end. Ended up taking it to D&A cycles down the road and they diagnosed it and fixed it for $500. Don't get scammed by these guys. I already paid through ebay and paypal but since it is over 1 1/2 years ago they will not do anything. Also filled complaint with BBB and they returned same information. No response from business. His web site even shows my engines that he was working on but never finished. Just want the engines back working or not - I will even pay shipping. They are not replaceable. He is still on Ebay and I see new engines show up on his web site?? Very disappointed I lost engines that are irreplaceable.

Since then I have tried to call many times he either has his cell off or is now full. I believe in our previous conversation he had mention he had over 20 other client engines to be repaired. My concern is that he has changed his story so many times. And at approximate value of over $600 per engine he has scammed a lot of people across the nation. Does not give Dawson GA business a good name. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Finish the Job Request he return the engine immediately, I will pay shipping. .
