Even after the business response, my review remains the same. Horrible staff and ownership attempting to manipulate my review and the truth. We decided to just look up a nearby wrecker service. They were cheaper than the one previously contacted and gave a 20-30 minute eta which they certainly arrived within that time. I had filled it with air before getting on the road and that should have been fine for the trip but it wasn't and I was quickly approaching a flat. I had already stopped a at two previous gas stations, both had paid air, which is fine but at both locations the payment system was broken and there was apparently nothing anyone could do about it. It def is sort of around nothing and it's a bit run down. I have to say as a woman traveling alone, I was on high alert walking in. But They guys could not have been nicer, faster or more courteous & professional. They jumped right on it and refused to let me pay a cent. I was there for all of 3 min and my tire was sorted and I was on my way feeling silly for having my guard up. Highly recommend and please tell them thanks again for me.

I had my doubts after visiting so many other car dealers and being treated so badly that we were about to give up. Finnicum Motors was almost 4 hours away but after talking with Chad (and yes it was every day and almost constant) But his relentlessness was proving to be just a great Salesman doing his best to satisfy a picky customer and was well worth his effort. Chad; I started to respond to your text with a text but I felt I needed to be more descriptive and personal in reference to our interaction with you and your organization. To have a person like yourself and your organization be so upfront and open about a vehicle is refreshing. After dealing with so many dealers that are deceptive and even flat out lie it was truly a pleasure to arrive and see exactly what was described. You went out of your way to address any issues I had to the best of your ability without the typical "it's a used car what did you expect" excuse. I may have paid a little more than I might have paid at some other locations but both my wife and myself felt it was well worth the 4 hour long trip and extra money. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy that you provided and every business should provide. You are truly the example others should be measured by.. Yourself and your Organization should be proud of the job you do and I will gladly recommend you to anybody that is looking for a vehicle to come and see you. Thank You! James (Jim) Baker

AAA Club called Mixon to take us to Southland Chrysler/Jeep 3.5 mi. away. While waiting on Mixon I learned that Southland had not a single mechanic in its service department. When Mixon driver arrived I explained this to him. He claimed AAA would only pay him if he took the Jeep to Southland, where it could not be repaired. I told him I believed they would pay him to take it to the Chrysler dealer in Tifton, 42 mi. away, because that was the closest dealer that definitely could fix the Jeep and it had been recommended by Southland. He did not believe that. So I told the Mixon driver that I personally guaranteed payment if AAA did not pay him. He did not believe that either. Instead, he quickly removed our Jeep from his truck as fast as he could and sped away, leaving us stranded 300 mi. from home.
