I knew the car would have to be towed to replace the tire and Tanners was there in a short period of time. I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need. Might just drive the 2 hours to use for any issues with my car. Kudos to you Tanner's! You don't know how much appreciated you are!

Moving cross country with my daughter and 3 cats when we had a nasty blowout on the car. Waited for AAA for a few hours with promises of arrival anytime, then a call back saying they can't help us. So we start panic calling, as we have already been sitting in car at over 100 degrees for a few hours. Most businesses did not pick up since it was after hours on the HOLIDAY weekend of the 4th of July. However, Scott from SWS did call me back almost immediately! He got on his phone very quickly to start calling around to businesses that he has a relationship with, and set up a tow flat bed, and people who assist in getting us a tire and possibly a rim - even though it was a holiday. He was on his way to a family function that he needed to attend and yet he first asked if he could come and provide water or food for us until the truck could get there. When he got to the function, he again called to make sure that the tow had showed up, and who it would be. He again called to check on us that night, to be sure we were safe somewhere and that replacement was in process. One more call the next day to make sure we were on the road and all was good. How do you say thank you enough to a business that didn't make a red cent off of his personal caring - but made two women on the long hot road home, feel safe and that someone really did care? Scott and family - we will always be grateful for your kindness, and the safely you provided to our situation.

I purchased a trailer from Carl Cummings at 5 Star Cargo Trailers last year. After using the…read moretrailer 3 times, the wheel literally fell off. Repeated promises by Carl lasting months has resulted in no fix or replacement although it is under warranty. Most recently, Carl told me to call him a week ago Friday. The phone number has never worked since then. Do not purchase from this individual under any circumstances. This retailer takes no responsibility at all for the products they sell. Do you really want to purchase anything from a retailer that takes no responsibility for what they sell? Even though Carl told me himself that he was going to make this right and send me a second trailer. If Carl would have told me months ago what he now said in a google review reply that he has no responsibility for the trailer, I would have already contacted the manufacturer This is a retailer that lies to their customers and takes no responsibility for that sell. Do yourself a favor. Do not purchase anything from Carl and 5 Star Cargo. You will live to regret it. There are other respectable retailers out there to purchase a trailer from. Why take the chance?
