I called on a Saturday and left a message. They were closed so I didn't think I would hear back until Monday morning. Saturday night the owner called me himself. He knew I lived over a 1,000 miles away and wanted me to have piece of mind over the weekend.......I couldn't thank him enough!!! He took great care of the truck and had it back faster than we expected for a VERY reasonable price!

Very poor experience. They had my car for 2 WEEKS and still didn't fix it. Required multiple trips…read moreback. Ordered wrong part. Then didn't follow up to get the right part in any timely fashion. Worst of all, on another issue, they were not transparent with me that it was not a job they were comfortable with. The tech told me to solve the issue a certain way that is NOT in the manual. Had I done what they suggested, it would have TORN up my car. Took it to a dealer who fixed the issue in 40 min. Run far and run fast from this place.

After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

No questiones asked other then to see it in person. they offered to have a body shop repair the paint and went above by offering to install a leveling kit free of labor charge. They even went as far as pointing out some overspray they noticed that I didn't and had that quickly removed. They even took the tail bed off and bringing to the shop themself so literally no work on my part! All in all a great Exp with a great and honest company. Hard to come by these days. I will recommend them to anyone now. They have earned my future business to say the least.
