They took the time to explain how to use it and to make sure it was adjusted correctly for my specific towing needs. After it was installed, I drove over 2,000 miles to get home to Las Vegas and Dennis continued to follow up during my trip to make sure that everything was going well. We bought a used camper from them and less than 3 months later it needed a new roof membrane, even though they had installed a new one before we purchased it. Short story is, they did not properly secure the roof membrane to the frontcap of the camper. Since it was an installation error, I assumed that they would stand behind their work--I assumed wrong. After this attempted shake down by their version of Sloth from the goonies. Be warned. I should have trusted Yelp and other reviews vs believe I was getting a great deal.
