They took the time to explain how to use it and to make sure it was adjusted correctly for my specific towing needs. After it was installed, I drove over 2,000 miles to get home to Las Vegas and Dennis continued to follow up during my trip to make sure that everything was going well. If you're shopping here, know that your deposit apparently doesn't guarantee anything, and getting your money back if something goes wrong is a fight.
