They then proceeded to bring us a bus the was supposed to seat 50 kids yet seated 140 kids because the owner just expected us to squish into the bus. Along with being to small, the bus had no AC. We then went on our way only to have a tire pop. We stopped for 2~3 hours while we stood around until we had learned that the spare tire was also busted. When we finally arrived at the park, we only had 4 hours to maybe ride rides. When we finally finished our trip, we waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for the bus to arrive to drive us back. I have never been so disappointed in a business. I hope that you change your business practices because some one can get seriously hurt

The only person in this entire ordeal that deserves more than 1 star, is one of the bus drivers, Mr. Gary, the business owner was telling him to lie to us about what was going wrong with the buses- but we overheard him saying that he was not going to lie to our faces the way the owner had been doing all day. We were SUPPOSED to arrive in Orlando, Florida, at 12pm... we finally arrived at 9:30pm. The bus was then supposed to pick us up at 2am.. and at 3:30am, a majority of my classmates were sleeping on the concrete outside of universal, when our bus finally showed up. I truly feel bad for these bus drivers to be working for a businessman like this.

The Expedition's transmission recently went out while towing our camper back down south for storage. The Gear Master crew jumped on it and had us up and running again in a more than acceptable time frame...and at a great price. DJ was aware that we would be driving the vehicle back to the Midwest and took the time and effort to give the vehicle a thorough driving and testing going the extra mile (no pun intended...more like 50+ miles of testing) to ensure it was ready to go. They broke the retaining ring on my oil filter and had to replace it. They did order a new part( a…read moremetal ring rather the original which was plastic) which was fine. My issue is that as I was being told they were going to replace it, they said that it " might" have been done before I got to them. I had driven it 3 hours at highway speed to their site in Americus Georgia and no oil pressure drop or leakage. Most of us aren't that stupid. Obviously, it occurred in their shop, I didn't appreciate the BS. The installer later admitted he broke it. Why try to Bull_ _ _ t me? I also said I thought I was entitled to a reduced price. Denied... with an offer to give me a break in my next oil change, no thanks! The manager also wasn't even apologetic, one of the other workers truly seemed sorry it happened.

This is the worst place of business I've ever encountered. I took my car there to have some repairs…read moredone in August of 2021, I was told that I'll be placed on at waiting list for my repairs and that it would be October before they could start repairs in which I kindly agreed to do. Nobody contacted me with any kind of update for repairs. I called and left a message on the morning of Nov 10, nobody returned my call so I paid the company a visit to pickup my car. I stated to them that I would pick it up the following day, the staff was very unprofessional and when I returned home my emergency break is not working. I recently had it fixed months prior to taking my car there. I use my emergency brake every time I drive my car being that it a stick shift...
