As soon as I pulled in the faces of the employees went from welcoming to troubled. My truck had started making noises I didn't hear while driving. During the inspection they found a leak and investigated further to find the water pump was leaking and a belt needed to be replaced. They patiently answered all of my questions about the safety of continuing on my trip, what could happen and how to handle each scenario. They all genuinely cared about my safety and it showed. I think they should change the name to "The Amazing Shell Rapid Lube"! Thanks guys!
