They performed a transmission repair on my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The had my vehicle for 10…read moredays......that was fine. After driving about 200 miles the check engine light comes on. I get it veriscanned and the error code is for a bad torque converter which is part of the transmission repair. I Take it back to them because I had a service warranty.They had the vehicle for 12 days. To make a long story short, the exact process occurred 3 more times. So in total the had the vehicle 4 times just to get it right. The latter times I took the vehicle back to them I mysteriously started having leaks.....oil reservoir which cost me 1k to have repaired........may be coincidental but I doubt it.

I paid John to replace the steering column in my 1991 F350. After he completed the job I didn't…read moredrive the truck for a few days. I figured he knew what he was doing. When I finally drove it I found out he broke the speedometer cable while replacing the column and he didn't put the shaft bushing back in. So now the speedometer doesn't work and the steering is really sloppy. He won't return my calls. He also did some ac work on my father's 2000 Chevrolet 1500. It took John 5 weeks to replace the compressor and the pressure switch. Charging my elderly father 800 in labor. Told him that the parts were on back order. Well, in a small town I found out that was a lie when I spoke to the parts house. I wouldn't use this boy to change a tire. But if you do check behind him closely before you pay him. Also make sure you get a receipt because he will not warranty his work.
