Not sure why the wait is long, the nail service is not the greatest. Be prepared to fight for parking since the corner area of the shopping center holds about 6 parking spots and most of the technicians are appointment only. If you do decide to go be prepared to wait an extremely long time if you have not made an appointment, also quickly sign in or else other people waiting will be seated on assumption that they have signed in.

I asked for short almond nails and got a confused stare -- I should've walked out right then. Instead, the tech yelled across the salon in another language, and someone yelled back that the service was $70. Loud enough that three other customers turned to stare at me. I was still in my work clothes, having left two hours early to squeeze this in before full mommy-mode weekend duty. I stayed anyway. Big mistake. She glued the tips on crooked -- sticking straight out instead of curving naturally. Filed them into random shapes and sizes. Zoned out every time I asked her to fix something. I gave up on gel and red tips and settled for clear polish just to escape and fix it somewhere else later. I should've asked for her license. I should've left when they yelled the price across the room. I should've left a dozen times. Instead I sat there, fixing my own cuticles and rubbing in my own lotion, just to get a barely passable basic set. Worst salon I've ever stepped into. Raggedy awning, dusty front desk, dust-caked acrylic display untouched for who knows how long. If they don't care about their own shop, why would they care about my nails? The station seemed cluttered and no effort applied to remove the debris from filing and the last person serviced. The builder gel seemed clumpy when he applied it and I expressed my concern that I didn't want my nails to appear thick and clumped. He reassured me he'd take care of it. When removing the previous gel where it had lifted, he didn't smooth it and it could be seen when he thought he was finished. I had asked that he not use the drill on my actual nail as it damages them and at that point, you'll have to cut your nails and start over. After he was yelling across the room to his coworker, she comes over to take a look and told me that she said the color would show through. I had no issues parking with the color but it looked like spider webs in the nail where he hadn't filed it flat enough before applying new gel. I really dislike when a person asks me something and then you get two people talking over me. I reminded them both that I heard them out completely and stated how I wanted to proceed and I wouldn't be up-charged because he doesn't take pride in his work. I keep referring to the guy as "him" because there was no warmth in this interaction at all and no names exchanged. She asked if I'd be ok with wearing a sheer color vice clear to avoid starting all over. He did one nail to allow me to see and I agreed. I cannot and will not visit this location or recommend them to others. This place came as a recommendation from the guy at European Wax Center who had his nails done here. It's unfortunate that it didn't work out but I paid and tipped and left quietly despite their hollow "See you next time" as I was leaving.
