Along with Zero upselling or pressure to do any extra services which I feel like is unfortunately a common experience at most nail salons. I got a call from the woman who does acrylics at about 12:05, she asked if I'm still coming in and I told her that I was so extremely sorry and thought I had booked my appointment for 2 PM, I asked if I can come in 30 min or any time later and she said "there's nothing available" then hung up on me while I was talking. I wasn't sure if this was accidental so I called back immediately and was ignored. I was honestly super hurt by this because I felt like me and the employees had a good relationship as I was a loyal customer for years, this was a very unprofessional way of handling the situation especially when the salon is not appointment based. If she is going to get that upset about a client being late or making an accidental mistake then she should start charging deposit fees and switching to appointment only rather than hanging up in somebody's face. I've never been back since that incident simply because that was rude and unprofessional.

The wedding nails I got, looking back, makes sense it was $95. I will admit my fault in my second review. Other nail salons wouldve charged me $110+ from what ive researched. They took an hour taking care of me, making sure that my nails werent hurt, making sure the nails looked perfect, and making sure it looks good. This all makes sense. Overall, I will still come back. I still like going to Glamour Nails for the price im getting compared to other salons.
