I made an appointment for 9am on a Tuesday and David immediately got to work when I walked in. He meticulously gave me a full set and changed my toe nail polish. He gently encouraged me to spice it up with color, which I'll do next time. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The music was awesome too. I will be returning. read more

Everything always goes well. I tend to go on Sunday morning and it's pretty quiet they open up around 10:30. It's very quiet very chill the gentleman that worked on my feet this time did really well. My feet look great there was no pain. It was just a really good early morning really good pedicure. I recommend them. 11:00 11:30 it started getting busier and then the energy changed but early morning can't beat it. The price is not bad either for the work that he did he charged me 45 bucks I gave him a $10 tip for all the great work and the lack of pain cuz that's a big deal to me, and went on my way. Horrible waxing experience. Girl didn't know what she was doing. I was begging her to stop. She was trying to pick the strips off w her nails. And didn't even do all the areas. Didn't know how to do Brazilian. I still have hair growing in spots which should have been waxed. Never going anywhere near there again. read more

This is an update on my last post. The chrome nails were cool and beautiful but I paid 10$ more for them to chip in less than a week. When I went back and told them they just said oh that's what the chrome does. Then why am I paying $10 more for a worse product? So I went along to get a new set, sub par job. I paid $35 on my card and tipped cash. Fine. Two days later I had 2 addition charges on my card of $50 each totally an additional $100! WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY CARD? I called back. After some horrible customer service got refunded one $50. Still waiting on the second. They do good nails here but are sketch. If I decide to go back I will only be paying with cash. I also forgot to mention, as a lady started to do my nails another woman getting her nails done was not happy and started yelling at the guy doing her nails. Because she was unhappy, my nail tech got up and told me to get up and switch places with this lady, but she wasn't moving. So then I'm just standing there, with half of my nails shaved off waiting for another 15 minutes. Why start my nails and stop them when I had nothing to do with this lady? Every time I go in, I witness a rude customer, which is not right, but the employees always respond back just as rude which is not right either and not pleasant to watch as another customer. read more

Happy with the work they do here. Very clean. So far all the techs that have worked on my nails seemed experienced and did a good job. Prices are comparable to neighborhood salons. I really wanted to like this place because it's close to my new house. Here's the deal...the people are nice, quick service despite being busy. My daughter got a polish change, which was quick and efficient, looks good. Me, I got gel nails done, and unfortunately it was done vey sloppily. The edges near my skin aren't neat, and there's small bubbles on a few of the nails. The price is comparable to most Vietnamese salons in the area, but it's still too much for me to come back for a sloppy job. read more

Be aware of this nail salon I went today for a gel pedicure has she was doing my pedicure. She use the filing machine and cut my toe. My toe was bleeding severely when she got some blue stuff and tried putting it on there. It started burning. She said that is to stop the bleeding told her please stop it is hurting and burn , that's when the manager of the Salon came and said oh don't worry mistakes happen you will be OK with no concern at all. Said I will give you a discount on your pedicure when I replied and told him I am not oh worried about money I am in pain, so please, ladies I am warning everyone about this place. It is not good at all looking to have a relaxing day turned into a nightmare read more

There are better nail salons all over Broward County. Checked in for my appointment, waited an hour, never complained. Another customer ask for their WiFi password, Andy the other said it very fast and neither of us understood what he said. Politely I ask what it was? Andy yelled at us, "you two do not listen". At this time I had sat in their nail salon for over an hour. As a on and off again customer, it's hit or miss, one day they do a great job, the next time, polish chips in two days. Again there are better nail salons. read more

I would give them no stars if that was possible! I had the worst pedicure ever. The tech didn't speak to me at all except to try and upsell me a packet of some lavender liquid that he gestured he would put in the water. He cut me several times with every tool he used on my toes. He didn't massage my legs or feet at all. And he did my pedicure in 20 minutes. I asked him why I didn't get a foot or calf massage and he said that with a basic pedicure you don't rely get a massage. I basically paid $40 for a nail polish change read more

They did not honor my appointment for both manicure and pedicure. Spent over 2 hours here just for a fill. Unpleasant people working there. Not a good job, not worth to come here, you will end up going elsewhere to get your nails fixed. Money down the drain here. I have been going to Star nails for about 3 years but, now that there is a new owner the quality and overall culture has been unacceptable. My last two experiences were less than positive. They do not value me as a customer nor do they value my time! I made an appointment with one technician and was given another who I waited for 20 minutes to finish another client. There was no one there to greet you when you walked in, They were disorganized and made no attempt to make me comfortable while I waited without explanation or apologies. The gentleman was sarcastic and acted like they were doing me a favor.., I will always wait my turn and really liked the previous convenience and quality of this salon but I will no longer go here. read more

I went here for many many years on a regular basis and was happy with the technicians and the service. However, under a new ownership things have changed, and not for the better. The atmosphere used to be friendly and relaxed but it has changed completely. It is unprofessional, unpersonable, and even quite rude. Cut finger funky attitude asked for a design and received something completely diff nail polish uneven nail shape is lumpy and not smoothed out feet still feel hard put a completely diff polish than what i asked for then aggressively wiped it off while i was still talking trying to understand why. told me my nail beds were wide and tried to make them look more " feminine" lol what?!!! pedicure water felt like a dirty tub that u sit in too long that is now cold didn't turn on bubbles no massage. didn't ask what i wanted had gel on toes and didn't soak polish off rather used a tool and shaved it off electronically damaging my nail. hot towels were borderline scorching. kind of rude- pushed my arm back hard and pushed it down on the table saying i was too close when doing my manicure but he was the one pulling my arm towards him.... full set gel nails and pedicure done by my owner andy. acted like he was nice at first and was going to leave a good review when i first got there but once services were rendered changed my mind read more

I don't want to be mean to the people who work here, but I'm not satisfied with the services. The first time I went, my nails chipped in a week. I went for a fix, and the lady cut my finger. I'm not 100% the equipment is always cleaned either. Sorry, people work hard for their money and deserve the best service. read more
