Family has had to take off of work to help her since she never got any assistance. This is extremely unprofessional and deplorable customer service which is more disturbing since this agency is suppose to help people in need. She immediately gave me the names of the social workers at GSH that would delay the release for 12 hours & at same time contacted a caregiver to be at my mothers home when the ambulance dropped her off.
