Shana informed me today after trying to transfer the call to Avery that he sent my sister's case back to the distributor. We were never informed and now have to restart the process all over again. Family has had to take off of work to help her since she never got any assistance. This is extremely unprofessional and deplorable customer service which is more disturbing since this agency is suppose to help people in need. This company really needs to be looked into since I have read other negative reviews.

My mother lives alone & unfortunately suffers from debilitating back pain after a fall. Panic setting in I was referred that evening to Amy Recco founder of Friends For Life Homecare. She immediately gave me the names of the social workers at GSH that would delay the release for 12 hours & at same time contacted a caregiver to be at my mothers home when the ambulance dropped her off.
