With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. The place is owned by Gary Rockett, and the entire staff are a hilarious group of guys who are very friendly and more than willing to take time out to explain anything going on with your car or just to shoot the breeze if they are not busy. They are thorough and speedy in everything from state inspections and oil changes to tire rotations and any sort of check engine light. He doesn't think people hear him as he is talking junk while he walks away, or perhaps he doesn't care. He does not seem to respect women and definitely has an issue with blended relationships , as if that is relevant to being a potential buyer. He was yelling and arguing with an African American couple about a car he had repo'd, very disrespectfully, and from what I deduced he wrongfully repossessed the vehicle. Regardless, after doing some digging, I could not be PAID to actually hand this man my hard earned dollars for a broken car.
