Came here on a Friday morning At 10 AM and I was able to be serviced right away. I've been looking…read morefor a local place to get my brows cleaned up At an affordable price and I think I found my favorite place to get it done. This place is tucked away in the cul-de-sac of little small businesses in downtown Campbell. I was a bit confused at first because the outside sign said that it was a tanning place, but then I saw signs inside the window that said that it was also the eyebrow threading place. I was just here for eyebrows and it was $15. They accept Venmo, Zelle or cash. ~~Parking: There are some street parking spots available on Campbell Avenue and a couple of parking structures nearby as well. I like to park at the parking structure on second St. and just walk over. ~~Service: Great. The technician that was working on my eyebrows was super kind and friendly. She asked me if I liked my brows and I Asked to make them a bit thinner to have a higher arch and she was able to do so. ~~Best Part: They have stamp cards available! We're on your fifth visit you get $4 off and on your 10th visit you get $6 off. Just gotta be sure to not lose your stamp card! ~~Return: yes!

I have always felt the lady at the counter being a little hostile and rude but since it did not affect me directly, I chose to ignore it. But this time, the girl doing my brows messed them up big time and had the audacity to keep lying to cover it up although I had 'before' pictures that said otherwise. I did try to talk to her calmly but she kept getting defensive, making it impossible to conduct a conversation. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The service was fast and was extremely unprofessional. She didn't bother with any pleasantries and whenever I placed my hand too high or low during the service, she would constantly slap them. This spot is OK in a pinch for eyebrows, more of a 3.5. It's a little pricier than other spots…read more Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it doesn't look as good. This time my eye area was stinging on the way home. I get a few nicks at different eyebrow places sometimes and understand it happens, but this one really stung. Then realized it had a cut as you see in the photo. When I get my eyebrows threaded at other places, they somehow get it so sharp and sleek looking than ai can ever get at home. Sometimes here it's not as crisp, so I just come if my eyebrows are overgrown and need it done ASAP If I'm in the area, I'd come back and chalk it to bad luck but for the price, there are definitely noticeably more skilled spots if you are willing to drive a bit further. But if your eyebrows have gotten out of control and you really need to get it done, it's decent enough.
