He and his coworker had all the tools, equipment, and knowledge to get the job done. They understood the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes and then explain to me what I needed to do after they left. The crew showed up on time with adequate help to do the job, They adapted to changes due to differences from my old to the new unit. The owner and several supervisors came over to insure all of the work was done properly and they have followed up on the job during this past year to insure all was well. It actually caused a major leak in my ceiling forcing me to cut a huge section out. Keep in mind I was out of town when I found out they didn't do the proper work. I Will Never use their services again unless I get a refund. Horrible people when I told them I just lost a brother and I have to fly to California. It's never fun getting a phone call call stating '' you ceiling is holding water. This could of caused mold . I called a different company and they stated '' they didn't do a Danm thing and you should take legal action'' Not only did I have to pay $700 for the same services but another $3,600 to replace the Sheetrock, insulation, etc. its messed up and as caused hell for me these past two months.
