When I finally reached out, the response I received was "stuff happens" and I was told to "move on." Delays happen -- that's understandable. Completely ignoring a confirmed appointment and responding like that is not. If you're relying on someone to show up when scheduled, I would strongly reconsider. He communicated via text with appointment times, and he showed up when he said he would. He did everything in my back yard, and never spilled a drop of oil. Mowers are running great. He informed me that I needed a new battery (which I knew) and new blades on the old tractor mower and offered to order them for me and come back and install when they came in. We are very satisfied with our service, and will be using him again after this season is over when we stow our equipment for next winter.
