I did…read morenot receive a shipping update in a week and half so I emailed them a few times asking on the status. Still no reply. I call in after a few weeks and am told the manger is busy with a customer but will call be back when done. Few hours no return call. Called in again, manager would call me back later. Finally got a call back. Informed me the discount was only domestic and not commercial machines. That's fine. I asked him to send me an invoice to pay the 10% difference. Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.

I gave him my name and told him I'd be there within an hour. When I arrived I told a guy behind the counter who I was and asked him if he had the second day machine. He then pointed me to a 7/8 Cable main lines machine with a dumb look on his face. The guy behind the counter then told me this is the only sewing machine we have. It would have been to not waste my time and gas to tell me over the phone that they don't have the item I'm looking for. Seems like the type of customer service he was going to sell me a machine that I didn't need thinking I didn't know what I was doing. Poor customer service!

These guys rent a miniature, manually operated fork lift that folds up and fits in the back of a pickup (I drive a Frontier and it fit fine.). Unfolded the thing fit through my front door, in the hallway and we were able to move the old water heater out and the new one in through the attic door. It turned what I was told would be a three or four man job into a two man job and I didn't have to hire a plumber. All the guys at Sunbelt were helpful, and answered all of my questions.

If the boat lift worked , then the dryer should right. Well they could not answer me. Sent the worker back out to check on it. It was my dryer. Ok, no problem. He did nothing to the dryer. But i got charged another 125.00 service charge just to say the outlet worked. My main problem is I was not told I would be charged another fee. Are I would not have them come out. I called the office about it. The owner said we do not refund anything. He came out, for five minutes of nothing. Will never use or recommend them.
